Like you, I also have my tasks - and they are in the past, present and future: to carry your heaviest burdens so that your luggage becomes lighter and your feet carry you to our Lord God.

Your worries and fears will go away if you give them to me, and your illnesses will heal if you are willing to let them go with all your heart.

Let go of your worries?

Is that even possible, many people ask? Yes, if you know someone who can do it for you and if you have previously admitted to yourself that you are worried.

Many people prefer to keep their worries because they have little else. The same is true with illnesses and fears, with harmful emotions and with thoughts that have a detrimental effect on health.

Many people love their worries more than a life free from worry and so they constantly attract new thoughts and situations that feed this worry. Worries and fears create spiritual cancer - a disease - whereby people cannot surrender to the divine and always remain in a very low basic vibration.

Physical discomfort and even serious illnesses are triggered by big or small shocks that cause you worries and fears. These negative shocks need to be recognized and dealt with.

Any healing is possible

if the will is there for it. Nevertheless, every hope of improving a mental and physical condition is justified if the intention to achieve improvement is genuine.

There is nothing that someone like me, who has come to you because of your worries and fears, cannot do! Unless your worries and fears mean so much to you that you don't want to trade them for freedom and health.

Is it even possible to give up your worries? Yes, if you know who – and if you know when.

Is it selfish to hand over your worries to me? No, because it is the task that I have taken on for the people of this earth.

Every person has their own tasks that need to be fulfilled. I have been given the strength to absorb your concerns and pass them on to God.

• I am the visible umbilical cord to God for everyone whose faith is not yet sufficient.
• For all those who cannot cross the bridge of knowledge on their own, I am the railing to which they can hold on and move forward.
• I am there for everyone who cannot yet reach God or be close to him through their own efforts.

People like me keep coming to earth so that the light can spread and one day soon become the all-determining power.

This is how we all work together in God's great plan: each for himself, each in his own place and each for the whole.
