Move mental obstacles as you become consciously aware. Is it time to control those thoughts you think? Is it time to move the mental-ness from which you exist so that more might be? Do you understand of what we speak? Do you understand what we suggest? It is that you cannot know if you believe that you and your mind are one and the same. You cannot understand when you think those lowly thoughts that you think are generated by you, for they are not. Recognize that you are not that which you may believe that you are. You see, this is a worthy distinction for you to consider. For how can you be that which you are not?

Today, many believe that what they hear mentally, they are to react to. They may also believe that they are to do those things it suggests. They believe that they are being prompted by an inner knowing and an awareness that is more aware. This is not that. Your mental box, that mental-ness, is not that at all. It is not what you may believe it to be. But if you believe judgment, criticism, and a knowingness of measure are you, then you are new to our writings and teachings. And in that, we say welcome. For you see, this is not who you are, and we will elaborate on that now.

Mental Thoughts

Recognize that those thoughts you think are a part of the body that helps you get from here to there. The thoughts you keep are those that do not seek to lift you up but keep you in a more lowly place. This is how it was designed. It is that the uplifted voice is that which comes from your heart space and is generated by your Soul. But if you do not know this—if you do not know of the distinction—then how can you realize that this thing in your head is directing you in a lesser way—In a way of accomplishing but not really progressing. We have compared this to being on a treadmill of discovery—always moving but never advancing. See this as that.

Let us share something new now as this has merely been a recap of what we have shared before. Know that the mind will take control, unless you do. What do we mean by this? It is simply that the mind has an agenda. It has an agenda of attainment but not as you might suspect. It does not seek in an uplifted way. It seeks for you to do more today than yesterday. These ambitions are the check lists and to-do lists that seem to be never-ending. We want you to know that they will continue to be and accrue. They will be created and wanted without a stop measure for this is what the mind does. This is as the mind craves. It craves for you to do this, that, and the other without a pause. And if you complete that, then how about this? Do you see?

Become Conscious

You are to become conscious. You must become that which you are but do not recall. You must be that thing of measure. You must be aware, but not just some of the time, all of the time. Else, who is manning the vessel in which you navigate? Who is manning the ship of your enterprise? You see, you have been incarnating for more time that you might feel is worthy of this game of life. You might not recognize how many times you have been trying to move beyond the treadmill you find yourself traversing throughout the day.

Become conscious. Become aware. Do so by seeking for it to be so. Do so by setting the intention each morning to remain in that awareness throughout the day. It is quite simply as simple as that.
