Do you recognize that when something feels visceral, when things feel other than you might prefer, that it is providing insightful recognition of what you might now recognize?

Is it time to see what you have not? Is it time to recognize the more which is to be, but not in an all-empowering way? We suggest it is something other than that. Let us provide more…

When you move about feeling one way or the other, do you see the more we describe here is that which is not seen from the day-to-day vantage from which you exist? Do you see that were you to easily see this, that, or the other that this method would be unnecessary to enact. It is that often there is not the preference to believe that one or the other could enact such a lowly thing. You see, when you do not believe that you need be and are not operating in the posture we suggest now, that the more which is to be, cannot be. 

Recognition is Key

It is in the recognition that exists here that more can be. It is the recognition that exists from there. And so, recognize, too, that it is time to see what you have not, could not see before, because all the puzzle pieces were not assembled as they are now. In putting these puzzle pieces together, the more we describe allows for a greater pathway to exist. Know this. See what we suggest now. As you move and progress, there is a greater means to knowing, as you have not been able to do before. 

In past times, those with whom you felt strongly were termed your mirror. That mirror image exists so that you might recognize what is undesirable. See what needs to be seen by you. It is that you do, as you believe they do. But more often, they do not do as you believe they do. You see, you can never really know what they believe, or what they do or do not do, you can only know self.

Let us share an excerpt now from our next book, Given in Love — 

Elders: You are releasing components of the lesser you — the one who has been with you all along. Those things that move you to think this, that, or the other. You see, the mind is an amplification of all lesser energy. It is that which it is. It does not seek to lift up or make whole, but rather to fracture and diminish. So this day, focus once again on the characteristics you have outlined. Focus there now.     

Me: Okay — done!

Elders: And now begin again. Begin again, and as you focus there, ask for those characteristics to be made whole and that nothing of them need remain. Shift and give gratitude for these ones who have come into your life so that you could see this. And even how you tried to move away from the one, and another stepped in to take her place. See this all now. 

Me:  This felt visceral. I tell others whenever it’s visceral, it’s about yourself. How did I miss this? How do I restore and integrate this?

Elders: We will say to go ahead and allow the release to occur while adding —

Me: If there is more that I do not see, might it also be considered now? Release all that is known and also all that remains unknown so that more might be.

Elders: Now move away from this after having given gratitude for the understanding you now hold. How these ones were necessary for you to see what you could not see otherwise. Then throughout the day, we will continue with this understanding for this was a big one for you to see.

Do you see how you feel is key? Know that when it is visceral, it is always about you and not the other.
