In this live channeling session on Aaron Doughty's Align podcast, Sara Landon brings through The Council for an hour of some of the deepest teaching they have offered — on the nature of God, the mechanics of consciousness, the truth about death, and what is truly coming for humanity. The Three Dimensions of Consciousness

The Council opens with a framework that reframes everything: the dimensions of consciousness through which humanity moves. The Third Dimension is the dimension of separation — where you are separate from God, from each other, from what you need, from freedom and abundance. In this dimension, fear, lack, limitation, and unworthiness are the dominant experiences. War, violence, and abuse, The Council says plainly, only exist in the Third Dimension of consciousness.

The Fourth Dimension is the dimension of transformation — where you wake up to the fact that you can change your circumstances, your body, your relationships, your finances. This is the realm of self-help, personal development, healing, and growth. It is a powerful and necessary stage of the journey. But many people get stuck here for decades, always trying to fix the next thing, always in the habit of believing there is something wrong that needs to be corrected.

The Fifth Dimension is the dimension of pure love — and it is what this entire human journey has always been moving toward. Not romantic love, not the love of a preference, but pure, unwavering love for yourself first and foremost. In the Fifth Dimension, what you want and need arrives before you even know you need it. The next perfect step comes to you. Abundance and well-being are assured.

"You are never going to rid the Third Dimension of war and violence. Your opportunity is to elevate yourself beyond it into the Fifth Dimension of pure love."

The Doorway to the Fifth Dimension

The Council is very specific about what opens the door from the Fourth Dimension to the Fifth: transcending judgment. Judgment of what is right and wrong. Judgment of others. Judgment of circumstances and conditions. And most importantly — judgment of yourself.

This is why so many people remain in the Fourth Dimension even after years of spiritual work. The habit of self-improvement is rooted in the belief that something about you needs to be fixed. And that belief — however well-intentioned — is a form of judgment that keeps you just outside the door of pure love.

When you stop making yourself wrong and instead come into the awareness that you are already whole, already complete, already worthy — everything changes. You are not here to become something. You are here to realize what you already are.

Who or What Is God?

The Council's answer to this question is one of the most direct teachings in this entire conversation: you are God. You came from Source. You are Source. You are an extension of Source — God, the Divine Creator — having a human experience in a physical body at this time.

God, The Council explains, is not outside of you and never was. It is not a force that judges you or forces outcomes upon you. It never has been. You have the free will to choose — even to deny your own power, your own abundance, your own love. That free will is itself an expression of how loved you are. God gives you the freedom to choose everything, including the choice to forget who you are.

The more you align yourself with the truth of who you are — the more you open up to the energy and consciousness that is you — the more you will feel yourself as God. The more judgment you carry, the more God will feel like something outside of you. But in both cases, you are still God. The awareness is what changes.

"God is love because this infinite Source energy and this force field of consciousness that is you — that is what you call God — never judges, never forces. You have the free will to choose. That's how loved you are."

Why Did God Forget Itself?

A baby is born knowing it is God. That is why babies glow. That is why their little feet are so fascinating, why they smile with such pure joy, why every person in the room melts in their presence — because pure Source energy has just arrived in physical form, and it has not yet forgotten what it is.

The forgetting happens between birth and approximately age seven, as the brain forms and learns to perceive reality through the physical senses. In those early years, children are in a state of open absorption — memorizing everything they see, hear, taste, touch, and smell. And in that process, they absorb the beliefs of those around them. Even the most loving, well-meaning parents pass on what they were taught — and most of what has been taught for generations has included lack, limitation, and a God that is separate from and judging of the self.

There is no judgment in this, The Council says. Your parents did the best they could with what they knew. And you knew, before you came into this experience, that the forgetting was part of the journey. You knew you would awaken. You always do.

Trauma, Integration, and a More Elevated Path

When Aaron asks about trauma and nervous system regulation, The Council offers something different from conventional healing approaches. Rather than framing the work as processing what is wrong and releasing what is broken, they offer a more elevated perspective: integration.

When something triggers you — when the seven-year-old version of you who learned there is never enough money rises up in the middle of an inspired dream — the invitation is not to fix that part of you. It is to slow down, come into stillness, move from head to heart, and ask without judgment: what is this really about? And then to lovingly, consciously invite that precious innocent part of you into the present moment — and meet it with the wisdom of the fully realized, evolved being you have always been.

This is not spiritual bypassing. It is a more conscious, more compassionate, more aligned way of moving through what arises. You are not fixing the part of you that is broken. You are integrating every part of you into your wholeness.

What Happens When We Die?

Death, The Council says, is the ultimate illusion — the ultimate lie. When you release the physical body, you continue into higher dimensions of consciousness. You do not go anywhere. In fact, you become more present, more available, more here than ever — because you are no longer separated from your loved ones by the density of the body or the limitations of physical proximity.

The Council goes further: as humanity elevates into the Fifth Dimension of pure love, the experience of death itself will begin to transform. Rather than bodies breaking down through disease and decay, there will come a time when the physical body is maintained in a state of thriving harmony — and the transition into higher dimensions of consciousness happens consciously, peacefully, and on one's own terms.

What Is Coming for Humanity

The Council's vision for what is coming is not one of doom or collapse — it is one of the most expansive and hopeful teachings in this conversation. There is more consciousness on the planet right now than ever before in history. More people are living in higher vibrations, aligned with love and compassion and kindness, than at any previous time. And it is increasing exponentially.

You are going to see people you never expected awaken. You are going to see incredible shifts in relationships, workplaces, communities. Not because anyone is telling others what to think or how to be — but because love has the power to awaken anyone, anywhere, at any time.

The New Earth is not a physical split. It is a state of consciousness so aligned with pure love that the Third Dimension simply cannot reach you anymore. You will not be able to entangle with it. And as more and more people step into this — bodies will heal faster, abundance will flow more freely, relationships will deepen, and the experience of what it means to be human will expand into something more extraordinary than most people can currently imagine.

Final Thoughts

This conversation is one to return to — not once, but many times. As Sara herself says at the close: the awareness comes first. That awareness allows you to perceive something new, which draws a new experience to you, which becomes truth in your body, which changes everything. Let the words land. Let the vibration of them work on you. Listen again.

You are powerful. You are free. You are everything you wish to be. You already are.
