What is the greatest gift you’ve ever received? Take a few minutes, or more, to think about that. Now, what is the greatest gift you’ve ever given?

This old world we live in today is often weary and worn. Why do you suppose that is?

Johnny is right–you do live in a weary and worn-out world. You can probably think of a thousand reasons for why that seems to be true.

One of the greatest reasons, we suspect, is you don’t always feel people listen to you. But let’s turn that around. How well do you listen to others?

One of the greatest gifts you can ever give (or receive) is simply listening to one another. And equally important, is listening to yourself.

One my all-time favorite story-tellers is Neal Foard. Here’s a great story Neal tells about a man who has to be one of our world’s greatest listeners.
