With everything happening in the United States and around the world, it can be difficult to remain calm and at peace.

Feelings of anger, fear, and disgust can arise easily—even when you know that all is well and that everything serves a higher purpose.

Indeed, everything has a higher purpose. All events are part of a process of bringing dark energies to the surface so they can be released and cleared.

When you respond to events with fear, anger, or other negative emotions, you contribute to these dark energies instead of helping to transform them.

So, what helps transform them? Your peace. Your love. Your light.

Stay open to loving guidance and act on it.

Be mindful of your negative thoughts and feelings. Notice them, accept them, and then let them go.

Send love and light to people and places that vibrate with low energy. Don’t give up. The current situation on Earth will pass. Surround it with your love. If you do this, you will feel much better, I assure you. Your love and light will contribute to the upliftment of the world.
