Message From Spirit - Thoughts and Synchronicity

The Miriam Webster dictionary defines “synchronicity” as the coincidental occurrence of events and especially psychic events (such as similar thoughts in widely separated persons or a mental image of an unexpected event before it happens) that seem related but are not explained by conventional mechanisms of causality —used especially in the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung

We generally associate synchronicity with happy events. But synchronicity also works in creating unhappy events.

Years ago, two members of my family lost their sons in untimely, tragic deaths. Both parents mourned for years. They never let go of the past. Both experienced years of declining health, and died excruciatingly painful deaths.

This was synchronicity at work.

Spirit

Over the years, we’ve spoken often of how powerful your thoughts are. You literally create your life by how you think. Your thoughts have created every experience, large or small, you’ve ever had.

So it behooves you to watch your thoughts. You can create the life of your dreams with your thoughts. You can also create hell on earth with your thoughts. You bear all the responsibility.

Do not fall for the all-too-frequent fault of blaming someone or something outside yourself.

In the example John gives of his two family members—to put it simply—they created their own painful deaths by focusing so much on the painful deaths of their sons.

You get what you focus on. And only that. There are no tragic dates with destiny. There are only the results of your thinking.

We are not telling you all this to frighten you. We are only reminding you of how powerful you are as creators.

You have all the creative powers that God has. After all, you are God.

So use your powers wisely for your own good, and for the good of your loved ones and all others around you.

Remember, you create whatever you focus your thoughts on. Why not focus on good and create more of it in your lives?

We are not saying you should not have compassion for all the suffering and sad souls in your world today. You should have the greatest compassion and love for all who suffer. You can help them move beyond their suffering by being a shining example of what is possible when you remember you are God.

In the early 1980s, John took a spiritual development course and was introduced to his first spirit guide, Lydia. After Lydia arrived, three other guides also came to him: Archangel Michael, Tamarra, and Chief Joseph. Today these are John’s four main guides.
Besides his four main ones, John has various other guides. The entire group is really a multidimensional collective consciousness. John refers to the entire group simply as “Spirit.” Source
