Spirit Message: About Prana and Food, Follow-Up

Spirit Message: About Prana and Food, Follow-Up

Question:
What is the most effective way to take in prana (God energy)?

Spirit

Prana is all around you. You can’t avoid it. It is God energy. You enhance the intake of it when you pay conscious attention to it—when you deliberately seek to enhance it to energize your physical and mental well-being. You can even heal, yourself and others, instantly.

The most effective way to take in prana varies with the individual. You have to discover this for yourself. Focusing on your breathing is one way.

More powerful is meditation. You form the intention to take in prana.

The ideal for you is to raise your vibration. Do that and also bring in prana into whatever it is you are doing. It really is the same process. When you raise your vibration you automatically bring prana in.

You can summarize it as: if you remember you are God, you automatically bring prana into it and it raises your vibration at the same time.

When you do focus on prana, then it has a powerful effect on anything around you, every aspect of your life. It has a powerful effect on the people around you. Especially those you are close to, those you love.

And it powerfully and positively affects your physical bodies also. It restores and juvenates them in ways beyond your imagination.

In the early 1980s, John took a spiritual development course and was introduced to his first spirit guide, Lydia. After Lydia arrived, three other guides also came to him: Archangel Michael, Tamarra, and Chief Joseph. Today these are John’s four main guides.
Besides his four main ones, John has various other guides. The entire group is really a multidimensional collective consciousness. John refers to the entire group simply as “Spirit.” Source
