Create without depletion. The only yoga of this time is the yoga of working on your soul’s maturation – by not avoiding yourself, but by enthusiastically moving toward yourself.

Beloved ones,

An inexplicable fatigue has gripped many people. They search for solutions to awaken their life forces and bring about a positive turn. You sleep, you take breaks, you meditate, you ground yourself or withdraw – yet the fatigue remains like an uninvited guest.

Unexplained Fatigue in a Time of Transformation

In this consciousness work we devote full attention to this topic that now concerns more and more people and is perceived as a burden. It is time to gain understanding of the energetic challenges of this era, to become aware of how your decisions and “non-decisions” influence them.

Nothing is more important today than to counter outer chaos with inner harmony – through clear decisions and lived truthfulness. These are the pillars that keep you stable, and the basis on which the wind of the times carries you to the place of your longing.

You live in a time that makes everything possible, as soon as you are ready to open yourself to wholeness. You live in a time that can transform everything, as soon as you are ready to let yourself be transformed. You live in a time in which divine order is being restored, as soon as you are ready to recognize the Divine in you and to accept the Divine within you.

Three Phenomena Behind the Fatigue

First Phenomenon: High Vibrational Reality
This world is daily immersing itself deeper into a new and higher vibrational reality previously unknown to it. Your own vibration changes, leading to ever finer perception. The body experiences this adjustment phase as a strain, similar to the effect of high altitude when climbing a mountain. These higher frequency amplitudes must be integrated, and during this process the physical and subtle bodies are challenged – usually accompanied by waves of fatigue.

Second Phenomenon: Resistance Amplifies Fatigue
Every inner resistance strengthens the fatigue. The divine Light encourages you to clear your remaining open issues. Whoever closes themselves off to this divine invitation creates inner resistance that manifests as tiredness and often turns into frustration.

While dissolution processes of the old era become more obvious on the outside, inside you are supplied with the new energy quality. The old sluggish energy is being replaced by the dynamic new energy. This creates an inner tension you have never experienced before in this density.

You no longer want to live the old energy and cannot yet fully live the new one. Pendulum between “no longer wanting” and “not yet able” shifts your own energy, straining body and mind and leading to this previously unexplained fatigue.

Third Phenomenon: Change of Identity
Due to the change in energy you experience a change in your identity. Your consciousness shifts – and often you no longer recognize yourself. Feelings and sensations that were previously foreign unsettle you at first and then become the new norm. This phenomenon requires your everyday consciousness to adjust. How much it challenges or tires you depends on how willing you are to release control.

In summary: The renovation work you perceive outside is also taking place inside you. Do not wonder any longer why you are tired. This energetic program puts you into this state because it needs you this way – only in withdrawal, introspection and stillness can Spirit and the divine Will unfold.

Living the New Energy

Every change on the spiritual path lives from your willingness to give up inner resistances and release control. Living the new energy of truthfulness means stamping your actions with it – without pretense, without deception, without compromises – in complete trust in God.

Dedicate yourself now to this self-examination and confront yourself with these three questions:

1. Do I live my truth or do I tend toward pretense?
2. Do I release control or do I tend to exercise control?
3. Do I trust my divine guidance?

Resistance makes you tired – truth brings energy and gives you wings. You can flow like a river without resistance toward the ocean – or strive against the current toward the source. Both are honored and on both paths you reach the goal by giving up resistance. Only in this way is the energy released that you need for your journey.

Paradigm Shift and Acceptance

This paradigm shift in human consciousness is now underway. During the transition people are gripped by a fatigue that can extend to unhappy exhaustion. The key, when you find yourself in the middle of the adjustment, is acceptance – neither judging nor condemning yourself. Offer no resistance when your energy runs out or you can no longer perform as usual. Accept what is and reorient yourself. Feel what feels new, live what wants to be lived, be who you are – unadorned and authentic. Say YES, say NO – and strike the word BUT from your vocabulary.

All people are affected by this energetic adjustment as long as the worlds are not yet separated and the Earth is in the corridor to the next higher dimension. Only after the final separation of the chaff from the wheat will the pendulum swing back to the old familiar life for some, while for others it becomes light and easy because they have arrived at the place of their longing.

Practical Solutions

When you cannot yet work with the new energy and no longer want to work with the old paralyzing energy:

1. Acceptance and release of resistance
2. Consciously slow down life
3. See and resolve inner conflicts

Your body and mind become tired wherever your actions no longer align with your soul. What you need then is not more sleep, but a redefinition, a realignment and a new reflection.

The Yoga of This Time

It needs no people who repeat prayers while neglecting their homework of transformation. It needs people who take care of their own affairs, who want to see their open issues and who move toward their healing with enthusiasm and joy.

The only yoga of this time is the yoga of working on your soul’s maturation – by not avoiding yourself, but by enthusiastically moving toward yourself.

Distinguishing Types of Fatigue

There is also fatigue due solely to physical circumstances – too much work and too little sleep, biological changes in advanced age, difficult life situations. The wise person knows how to help themselves: whoever sleeps too little seeks sleep, whoever works too much takes breaks, whoever undergoes biological changes waits until the adjustment phase is over.

And yet there is also happy exhaustion. You have done your day’s work, you are at peace with your life and have aligned your inner compass to God. You live your truth, you live your clarity, you are what you are – without pretense, without deception and free from illusions. Exhaustion because the work is done is the peace of the capable; exhaustion because the work still has to be done is the restlessness of the hesitant.

The new fatigue spoken of here is a fatigue that protects you so that you can realign yourself and integrate the inner consciousness processes. Imagine an operation: the body is put to sleep so that the operation can take place. Something similar is happening to you during the transformation of your body and mind into a fully conscious divine human being.

Grounding – Connection – Transcendence

Ground yourself so you remain rooted.
Connect yourself so you can hold the vibration.
Transcend yourself so you can live your I AM.
