Dear Jahn, dear team!

I have a good question about the spiritual world:

I received a rich, long -term, spiritual training - first shamanic, in many meditations and ceremonies on the medicine wheel with a wonderful Swiss nature -loving teacher. With her I also learned the long -performed Buddhist practice of the Red Tara.

Then I went through the 48 steps at the Kryonschule in Rosenheim and spent meditation and mantra-evenings with many groups, etc. and yet I ended up with myself over and over again, in my recurring depression that break in like tsunamis and plunge me into the same existential threat again and again- months of the most icy resistances and fear, at the end of which I have the feeling that I have the feeling. to have built up and to be back on field 1 at the age of 16.

In the last depressive episode, my biggest challenge, which I could not praise, is the too understandable resistance to the new valley of tears, the further dark night of the soul - with thoughts of suicide and all the trimmings.

What do I do with this resistance to have to experience such a phase again?

As if for God's sake, I manage to maintain my light when these fears and depression ride me?

When I am afraid to go to bed in the evening because another unbearable day is in front of me and I cannot keep the long -learned trust in my light again - the destructive circles of thought can not stop ... I feel at the mercy, small and immature as if I had never received any internal training.

What do I do with these bare resistors? No, I never want to go to this valley because it tears me off!

What do I do with this naked experience of pain when everything arises against turning my soul back into this inner destructive carousel and only being able to watch how my even in the strudel of fear is old and I cannot keep love. Although I know that all of this is my inner, self -created hell that I can't stop, and yet knows that I am not a victim…

I hear from the heart of the intellectual teachers and angels, which I can otherwise feel so good. I ask for indications that I can see better with where the way is going and how I can better implement my lessons when it comes back - at some point.

How can I learn discipline if every day only seems to exist out of effort to live in to somehow continue to live.

I know I have a lot of help from human angels who keep helping me and extending their hand that I can take. But the experience of failure is so vehemently that I only want to disappear. What do I do with my Shiatsu practice? Can I hold them? Or should I just have a job and throw the practice? For Shiatsu, the spiritual world only threw everything from my feet: training, practice, etc..

But I can't keep the client base, because again and again I break down with depression…

For my self, too, a life worth living must be in prospect, otherwise it will no longer mobilize for me.

Oh, how nice it would be to be able to classify or understand that from the awareness of eternal failure…
