Each step taken on the path represents a change, represents an evolution, or not. It is necessary that each step be taken with awareness, with the heart, with attention, as it can bring problems if you step in an inappropriate place.

You have been accustomed to not having awareness, to making abrupt decisions, without analysis, without thinking; because time passes and you cannot waste time. It is necessary to act fast. It is necessary to think fast. It is necessary to be an urgent being.

And why all this? Exactly so that there is no awareness of anything, no criteria, no good planning. Many of you understand that the path of Light is the same way. It is doing everything running; doing everything, no matter what. Many times the body is saying: “I cannot take it anymore. Give me a break.” But you insist. “Why listen to the body? It is just a body, I am in charge!”, says the mind.

And so you walk, unbalancing your bodies, your minds, with this constant sense of urgency. It is necessary to understand that what has always mattered was never the quantity but the quality. I will give examples from the very world you live in.

Many study, study, and think that studying must be a profession. Acquiring knowledge is the most important thing. And they become beings avid only for studying. But in truth, they do not dive deeply into anything. They just study. Life is a great laboratory. In which study is the base, but experiences need to be made.

So, what is the use of being very studious if you have never experienced anything in life? You will be an extremely cultured person, but without experience, without lived moments. What will count? You will repeat, like a repeater, everything you learned, but not the experiences you lived, because you did not live them.

It is necessary to study, yes, but it is necessary to place yourself in life. It is necessary to experience what was learned. It is necessary to use what was learned. And only then will you gain experience to continue studying and improving yourself more and more, but living each new teaching. This is the purpose of life. Being cultured does not mean much. What will make you a complete being are your lived experiences. It is you experiencing everything you learned.

So, now returning to your spiritual area. You have been seeking the path to ascension, seeking knowledge, seeking the energies; that is correct. But what have you effectively done with them? What have you effectively done with all the teachings you learned? You are like the one who studies, studies, studies, but experiences nothing. You just accumulate.

And in truth, ascension is a great laboratory; in which experiences need to happen. Because you need to learn to deal with everything you study. So I ask a question: Have you applied everything you studied? Have you acted exactly as oriented? Or do you continue with the sense of urgency that you need to do everything to get there?

So I tell you: In this aspect, quality is more important than quantity. What is the use of piling up a lot of knowledge and energies if you do not act as you should and if you do not use anything you learned? What is the use? It will not be the accumulation of studies and learnings that will make you ascend. But rather how you are taking advantage of and using everything you learned.

Understand the following: it is necessary to change habits, it is necessary to change the mind. So that bad habits are not taken to the Fifth Dimension. And no, there is no course, no specific energy that will change your habits. Understand this.

Things do not come to solve problems easily. Your habits, your way of being, who needs to change is you. Nothing you do will change you. It is necessary for your awareness to act at each point. So it is you placing yourself as a spectator of yourself and looking at all your acts as if it were a test for a new job. You from outside being the recruiter.

What are the positive points and what are the negative points that you see? The positives do not increase the ego; they only indicate that you are on the path. Now the negatives need to be looked at with great attention. So that you can effectively change and can reach the Fifth Dimension without the bad habits you have.

I agree that you need to raise yourselves in frequency. That yes. Who raises the frequency are the steps you take toward the heights. Each new technique, each course, brings an elevation of frequency. Very well! This is correct. It is of no use if you continue with the same habits. Because the math does not add up.

It is necessary that the frequency rise brought by a procedure is coupled with your evolution as a human being. Then I will tell you: You are climbing that ladder of evolution. Because your frequency may be up there, but it is making a curve, because you are hanging down below. You are not climbing along with it. You continue down there.

So it is as if there were a rope tied at the end, then it makes a curve, because you are pulling the frequency downward.

It is necessary to change, my brothers. It is necessary to have awareness. It is necessary to understand that it is necessary to get rid of these old habits. No, we will not reach the need for you to become a monk and go live in a monastery. It would be ideal, but there would be no monastery for everyone. So it is necessary that your surroundings be your own monastery. Where you pray, you live with people, you work, you move around, you are inserted in the world.

Your monastery is not pure, on the contrary, it is quite dirty, because it contains the energies of the Third Dimension, the worst possible. Envy, competition, violence. You are in it. So how to clean your monastery? Raising your frequency. Seeking to avoid, as much as possible, the places that lower your frequency.

At work, despite colleagues, seek to always remain elevated, joyful, without gossip, without complaining about work, without complaining about transportation, without complaining about the rain; without complaining about anything. Just being grateful for experiencing one more day inside that old dirty monastery. But little by little you are seeking to clean it.

So many of you here aspire to new professions. But the comfort zone is too good to seek something new, something cleaner. Something with a higher frequency.

So, my brothers, I would stay here talking days and days and days, but it would be tiresome. So, I close this speech by saying the following: Raise your frequency, yes, through the energies you receive. But mainly, raise your frequencies in your personal life. It is that which will define exactly the point on that ladder where you will be.
