Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I AM KUTHUMI!

Each day, the planet is increasingly flooded with Light. And what does this effectively cause? It causes changes, expands consciousness, and increases questioning. Many are feeling different, yet cannot find an explanation. Many feel in complete revolt, but do not understand the origin of that feeling.

Many of you are becoming tired. I could even say, exhausted, from the path you have been walking. I perfectly understand that changing and adapting to the new times is not an easy or simple process. Internally, many want to drop everything and go somewhere they do not even understand where; but simply, drop everything.

I only say to each one of you: this discomfort is part of evolution. It is part of the need of the body and mind to no longer live with so many demands, so many routines, so many commitments; and simply surrender to what? It is the great enigma: surrender to what?

You are still not ready to live only on Light. So it is necessary to eat, it is necessary to have the conditions to eat, and for that many need to work. So the discomfort only increases, because you need to continue living what discomforts you.

Is there a solution to improve all this? Yes, there is. The certainty that none of this is in vain. The certainty that ahead there will be a reward. It is like that animal that runs, plays, responds to the owner’s requests, because it knows that at the end it will gain something that will please it very much.

Having the consciousness, having the certainty, that you are walking toward evolution is the only remedy. There is no other. It is no use trying to free yourselves from everything, because you still will not be able to. You can, yes, try to isolate yourselves more and more from the world. But then I ask you: Will you be able to? Are you ready for that? To give up friends, family, everything; and live isolated only thinking about the spiritual side? Become hermits? Monks? Live in a cave without comfort?

And I answer: You are not ready. The process of evolution involves all these questionings. Because everything you live, you created; and today you realize that it is not good. Do you understand the teaching? Feeling uncomfortable throughout the process is necessary, so that you do not forget what you yourselves created.

The Fifth Dimension is not about living sleeping, nor a constant “doing nothing.” Many think this. But think the following: for a gear to function, there is an entire complex structure around it, and everything needs to work well. So do not think that you will arrive in the Fifth Dimension and do nothing, contribute nothing. Everything needs to be organized. The only difference that exists between the dimensions is that everyone does everything with Love, with joy.

There are no goals, no demands. Only the necessary work to keep everything functioning. So do not expect a monotonous life, as Miguel says: “Lying in the hammock, asking for juice.” Simply feel that you are evolving, learning each day, understanding everything that was created. What can I say to you to calm this discomfort, this discouragement that many are feeling at this moment?

Try to do things that please you. Break the routine. Change the schedules. Change the repetitive processes of daily life. Do it differently. Create new processes. And the brain will thank you. And you will feel alive again.

Do not be discouraged. Nothing is stopped. The evolution of this planet continues to happen, and ever more accelerated. Look around, but look with eyes of Love, of Light, and you will see how much the world you live in is changing. How many things are happening, and you do not notice. But I refer to good things, positive things.

And why do you not notice? Because you concentrate on looking at what is bad. Because what is bad stands out. It is striking, it is spread, it is shared. So seek to find good things. Free yourselves from the machines. Free yourselves from the vices. And I guarantee you, the discouragement will go away.

For 24 hours you are attacked through the devices. So that you see only evil, wars, bad behaviors, things that cause fear. Little do you receive of something illuminated. But the very energy that comes out of the device reaches you, affects you.

It is a silent and powerful weapon that they created. Not the device itself, but the means of communication among you. A very powerful weapon. Full of low-vibration energy. So, do you want to cheer up again? Use the devices with consciousness. Do not make them your invisible friend. It is an invisible enemy. Change. Change your processes. Get out of the routine. And you will see how all this discouragement will go away.

To help you in this process, I bring the following treatment: it may seem a bit difficult to do, but it will be good for your health and to change a little your habits. Every time you feel like picking up the device, just to follow “the news,” get up and take a sip of water. It is not much. It is a sip. And then start reading, start following your “news.”

Does it seem silly, right? Ah, but you have no idea what this will provoke in each one of you. Do the experiment. Try it and then tell me.

Ah, yes. Does it not seem like a treatment? Does it seem more like a punishment? You do not know the power that water has. Some have already discovered it. But most do not know. I only say to you, try it.

The discomfort of today is the seed of tomorrow’s luminous freedom.
