Dear brothers from planet Earth!

Being here with you at this moment fills my heart with joy, and I can pass this feeling on to all of you. Just open yourselves to receive. You don't need anything special. Just be you. Don't think about the other person. Don't think about the outside world. Just think about yourselves.

Today, I will leave you with a very interesting exercise. Simple but powerful. It is necessary for each of you to recognize the power you have; recognize the Being of Light that you are. Forget your flaws, your mistakes right now. Everything that you experienced, and that brought you energy to be transmuted; what you call karma. Forget all that.

You are a Being of Light. You are a Divine Spark. And you need to believe and think this way. There's no mystery. There's no difficulty. You need to see yourselves as the powerful beings that you are. Do you want to change the energy of the planet? Believe that you can, and you will change.

Fear nothing. You can do it. Don't let limiting beliefs interrupt or affect your belief. You are a Divine Spark. It is a piece of Father/Mother God. Fill yourself with this divine power and continue your journey.

The exercise I will go through today should be done for seven days. And it's a simple exercise, but you'll feel the difference every day.

Imagine a staircase. This ladder has 7 steps. Create the staircase however you want. But I suggest it is a simple ladder. Without many decorations, just a staircase. With wide and safe steps. Each day you will climb a step and remain there until the next day. If you ever forget, climb as many steps as necessary to regain the correct position..

On the seventh day, you should be on the seventh step. But each day, to climb the step, you must say the following:

“I rise every day. I become more and more, a more powerful Being of Light.”

Just that. Very simple, right? Create the ladder, climb the step and keep the image in your minds; you on that step. The next day, go up one more and go up every day.

It seems like a silly exercise, without much sense. But wait and see. You will be surprised by the results. And right now, forget the outside world. You need to know how to live with everything that will happen, but without getting involved. Everyone is where they need to be, to go through what they need to go through. Just live your walk.

Believe in the Divine Spark within you—your power awaits.
