Children of the Earth, I greet you. I am Lady Portia, and I will be the first this year to speak to you from the heart, with the strength and determination that characterize us.

Children of the Earth, here you are at the beginning of a new path. Here you are arrived at yet another important stage of the planetary plan that unfolds over several years, over several decades, concerning this evolution of souls, this evolution of hearts that is underway, these civilizational changes that are underway and on the way. So, we first wish you to keep your heart open to the Light, to keep your heart open to wisdom.

It may happen during this year that some of you go through phases of hope and other phases apparent to despair. You could relatively easily fall into a trap making you believe that things will decidedly never change, that all this is illusory, that you have heard it for too long. However, things are evolving, things are advancing.

From our point of view, we know how much your era remains a great hinge towards the Light, how much your era is the one where hearts rise in unison across the entire planet to demand peace, to demand a pause, a respite, in a world that seeks too much to control: control populations, control mentalities, control everything you are, everything you do. The divine will, I want to assure you, does not go in that direction. Your evolution does not go in the direction of more control, even if, I repeat, some jolts could make you think the opposite.

Humanity, now, we can say in this year, is a conscious humanity, a humanity that, in the last year and the previous year, has understood how much it could be manipulated by powers, by media powers, by legal, administrative powers. However, there is a Power in Heaven that accompanies you.

There is a Power in the Light that accompanies you, a deep force that begins to awaken each one to their part of infinity, to their divine part, to an increasingly important fraternal connection.

And I would like, we would like, you to know that these luminous parts in you, that these parts of Light in Man, in the human, also exist on the side of leaders and powers for some, not for all. We know the time that humans take to position themselves on this space of Light that is in them. Some expect from this year a great upheaval, a huge change. There will be since you are in the cycle of changes. You are in the cycle of transformations still engaged for a few years.

The end of last year will have seen a subtle transformation in the earthly energies, a will to advance humanity once again. The progress of your civilizations has not freed time for humans, not really. This has diverted them from a path of prayer precisely. The place where you are has never, for any of you, been chosen at random. This is a difficult question at the crossroads where you are, where several possibilities are present.

In the coming years, all these religious movements will, I would say, destroy themselves and unify, in other words, find correlative paths, paths that resemble each other, that come together in a simpler unity, in a more shared vision of fraternity.

I cannot say that one church or another will disappear, I can just say that they will transform to return to simple messages, understandable by all, in an opening of heart and mind, and of fraternity.

Will governments recognize the existence of galactics?

Some have already done so. Others will release some archives, however, your powers are not yet ready to let you see everything. However, when many have seen, it is difficult to deny the phenomena.

In this way, in terms of official recognition, we expect nothing. We know that some countries will release their archives, release their knowledge on this subject and show you that, regularly, your galactic brothers watch and monitor. And what we mainly talk about in our evocations is the fact that these phenomena will be growing, because you are arriving at a time when precisely this growing faith, this opening heart, will allow other beings to present themselves to you.

I would like to insist with you, if you allow me, on the fact that it is not your technological advancement that makes extraterrestrials appear, even if some fear your technologies. And, it is therefore true that some appearances would be due to the verification of the correct exploitation of your technologies. What makes you enter a galactic era, what makes you enter a galactic confederation, will be your state of mind. It will be your strength, your faith, your Light, not just your knowledge, not just your technology.

Your galactic brothers do not wait for a technology to let you in. They wait for a state of mind. There. Some of them would like to put you under a certain control for that, but it is not accepted by universal laws.
