Once again I come to you to bring a lot of energy, a lot of love, harmony and peace to your hearts. My children, fear nothing. Don't be afraid to go through the challenges. Believe me, you can go through everything, you just need to look at everything with Love and with the confidence that you will be able to solve that problem.

Look at the problem as an ugly shape, not a perfect one. A gangly, strange, dark shape. Look at her. You created it this way. This is the challenge: ugly, difficult to understand and at first difficult to solve. Mentally take this shape, and stroke it. It doesn't matter if it has spikes, it won't hurt you. Caress this shape, as if it were a small animal, and you will find that it will mold itself to your hands and become more and more soft and pliable.

And each time you look at it and caress it, you will notice that it will diminish, and the more you do this process the more it will tend to disappear, because you did not rebel against it, you treated it with affection, with Love, and all your Love dissolved that energy. My children, the challenges will be many, from all sides, at all points in your lives; just look at them with lots of Love. If you revolt, if you look at them with fear, they grow, they become stronger and more difficult to resolve.

Always remember, challenges are points of evolution, where a test is being applied. It's up to each one of you to learn the lesson, to show that you can get through it. Never forget, my children, if it is too difficult, seek our help, and we will make your hands stronger to reduce those ends, and manage to dissolve, little by little, that challenge. But for that you will always need Love and the confidence that you will always be able to get through it.

Always remember, nothing comes your way that you cannot overcome. Everything is proportionate to what you are ready to go through.
