This is how the ego acts, showing you that you are more important than others; that you don't need to think about others; that you can always do whatever you want without caring about others. Because the ego wants its survival. He always wants to make you win, no matter what the cost.

So, being aware of the ego, being aware of everything, is the great path. I could even say that it is the most suitable path to the Fifth Dimension, because there, there will be no ego, there will always be the Whole. But despite everything, what I just said, there is something that is very important. Many people do these attention exercises, but they often overdo it. They are becoming almost lunatics to achieve this goal.

So I tell you, my sons and daughters, everything has a time, everything is learning. Getting rid of the ego is not something that can be achieved overnight. It is something that has to be worked on, yes, but calmly, with patience, with strategy. Not with desperation. There is no point in trying to achieve everything in one moment. This can bring pain and imbalance.

Always try to follow the right path, but don't demand too much of yourself. Don't cover yourself too much. Don't berate yourself too much. Everything in the universe exists in balance. You are still in duality. So, always look at the scale. It will show you the point of balance. Neither those moments of total detachment from everything, nor those moments of total imbalance.

Understand, my sons and daughters, the journey needs to have balance, it needs to have love, it needs to have sweetness. Rigidity, too much strength, maximum restrictions, will not bring you to balance, because you will be going against your nature.

Act in every way, with balance, with love and with sweetness. Don't forget these words. Balance, love and sweetness. Use them whenever necessary. And you will notice that things will go more easily and that the results will be intense and fruitful.
