My heart is very radiant for the many mantles that I have given to each of you. 

Sons and daughters, when I say that I give you my mantle, it is not just words. You must believe that my blue mantle covers each of you. Why is it so hard for you to believe? Why is it so difficult for you to experience so many good things?

You are continually being given a lot of light. The Light of Alcyon is coming with integrity, strength and power upon each of you and this light is causing many changes, including physical ones. The more your bodies absorb what comes in, the more they get out of balance. No, it's not a bad thing, it's a process that you have to go through: transmuting all the carbon structure into a crystalline structure and this is happening now, some more, some less, it depends on the walk of each one.

Don't complain, don't think it's bad, whatever symptom you are experiencing. It's all part of this process, of course there has to be common sense. Don't attribute everything you feel negative to energies, there must be common sense and understanding, analysis of what your body feels.

The roses exchanged in our meeting are each of them planted on the planet to give birth to new roses. The planet is in bloom. You have spread the energy of Love and Light on the planet. Many roses will be born and each of them represents the Love of all of us, my energy, the energy of all goddesses.

Try to eat more greens and vegetables so your body has the ability to metabolize what's coming. The cleaner the body, the easier it is the more contaminated it is, the more difficult it is. Be careful what you eat right now. The transformation of your bodies is intense and it takes many ups to help you stay balanced.

Keep following our instructions to watch everything with Love. Open your hearts to everything. Accept people as they are, with all their flaws, with everything you sense is not going your way. Everyone will find his way and his moment. Believe us, all of you are raising your consciousness, but you are not going to put them on the path.

You must be the path so that those around you find it. It is the example you set that attracts others, but you don't force or require anyone to follow your path. Everything must come from the heart, everything must come with Love and everyone will find their own time, their own way, their own way of finding their way. Just be the way.

But that doesn't mean you have to think you're better than everyone else. Only those who have already followed all the past learning are already able to follow a good path, but this does not mean that it is 100% the right path. But even this path, still full of flaws, is already capable of being the direction that many need to find.

Be Love, sons and daughters, nothing more. The moment is one of acceptance, of accepting the other as they are and, above all, of accepting yourself as you are. Seek to improve, to expand, to elevate your consciousness in every moment, so that your path becomes ever more flowery, ever more enlightened.

I would say that you are making a big climb, where many people down below already see you and want to get to where you are. But you too, you still have a very long climb, and also look at those who are already up there and you also want to get there. You realize that you cannot be discouraged, you must always go forward, because at the slightest inattention you fall, slip and return to the lower layers of that same mountain, that same climb.
