Dear brothers and sisters of the planet Earth! I AM LANTO!

Being on the Journey of Forgiveness is a reason for much peace and gratitude to Mother/Father God for being able to help each one of you on this walk.

Yes, the journey is still long. Much will happen before the end of this journey for each of you, not necessarily in your surroundings. You must begin observing what happens around you, people, and the world. And when I refer to the world, I'm not talking about the external world. It's that little world you live in: your home, your family.

Let's say it's from your front door, where you live to the inside; observe what happens inside your home. Start paying close attention to every moment, every little word you or others utter. I bring the wisdom to know how to deal with every little challenge. The significant difficulties don't happen before you overcome the previous ones; it's all gradual. You begin with small challenges, and every small challenge met allows a slightly more significant challenge to present itself.

So, don't think that things will come easier from now. On the contrary, the challenges will become more and more intense so that you can put to the test everything you have learned. So, as I've said here a few times: being intelligent isn't being wise. Sometimes intelligence favors wisdom, but it's not necessarily the starting point. To be wise is to understand; to be wise is to observe; to be wise is to make the right choices within the problem presented so that, in the end, you find the solution to that lesson. Then, you can effectively understand it and go through it. And, most importantly, take it as learned and solved.

Challenges present themselves every day and every moment, small ones, a little bigger ones. Still, every challenge that comes your way is a lesson to be learned, and it's up to you to understand what that lesson has to say and simply accept it with love and wisdom. The important thing in every moment is to fill your heart with love and hand over to your own path, the step forward you will take. Because any choice made with love, any choice made with trust, never leads to the wrong way.

Observe the feelings you put into every problem that presents itself. The question isn't to be inferior or humble, and the question is not to be subservient. You can dream of whatever you want. You can dream of beautiful solutions to a problem, as long as it involves love and you and the All are always considered.

Living in balance isn't attracting poverty or stopping attracting wealth because you think it's unfair. It isn't to keep sick because you believe that God Father/Mother will welcome you in that way. Living with equilibrium is to attract total health, always thinking that you are the one who controls your body. Attract abundance and prosperity, and don't think it is wrong.

Have the wisdom to be grateful at every moment, act, receipt, or donation to attract abundance and prosperity. Even when you don't receive what you expected to, be thankful because somehow the Universe says: "This isn't good for you! But, wait, better things will come!" Don't complain about what you don't get. Don't complain about what you want and find absurdly impossible. Just surrender to the gratitude and abundance of the Universe, and be assured, the way how is not your problem.

The Universe always finds ways to bring to each of you what is needed, that which is important for the next step. So be wise, be grateful. Always trust that, even if the step forward is difficult, painful, and sometimes even perverse (in your concept), there's the beginning of a new journey, the beginning of a new path. You just have to learn. You just have to be grateful for each lesson.

Meditation 2

Do this meditation lying down.

Relax deeply.

Breathe in until you fully fill your lungs.

Now exhale and release everything you want to get rid of this day.

Breathe deeply and let go of all your anxieties, fears, disappointments, and sorrows. Then, take another deep breath and let go of any fear or doubt in your heart.

Keep your eyes closed.

I am with you.

You are no longer lying where you were.

You are lying in a beautiful cave, extremely bright with sparkling crystals on its walls.

Open your eyes in the cave.

You won't see me, but I'm building this whole world around you. Take a look at the crystals surrounding you on the cave walls.

Feel all the energy they transmit to you in small golden yellow light rays.

It is as if each crystal projects a small beam of Light onto you, and you find yourself totally covered by rays of Golden Yellow Light.

These rays will penetrate your body and soul, cleansing everything that can be cleaned or showing you what needs to be shown.

I'll anchor this environment around you for 15 minutes.

You may close your eyes in the cavern or keep them open.

After all this time of receiving this Golden Yellow Light, your body and soul are thoroughly infused with a great deal of Light and wisdom. Therefore, if you fall asleep, there is no need to repeat the meditation. What had to be done has been done.

Now I'll start dispelling that environment I created, and you'll go back to where you started.

Keep your eyes closed.

I stand beside you and simply place my hand upon your heart. Then, I alter the Light of that crystal set earlier to a Golden Yellow Light, which will keep emanating all this energy until the next ray.

Feel the whole vibration of this Light, and stay tuned for all the wisdom that I will show you throughout this time.

And believe me, when you get ready for the next ray, be assured that you will be much wiser and much more balanced.

Take a few deep breaths.

I am no longer beside you.

Stay in this energy for as long as you want.

And whenever you feel like it, gradually open your eyes and return to your conscience.
