This is the New Era. Where nothing you experience today will be the standard for what will come. Everything will be different.

But it is important at this moment that you begin a great detachment. Detachment from everything. Not just things. Things are important, yes, but I would say that there are two attachments that you need to pay close attention to. Attachment to people and attachment to food.

There is still time for everything to be done gradually. There's no need for exaggeration. Nothing radical is needed. Just slowly start letting go of many foods. Mainly those that alter consciousness; those foods that bring supposed momentary happiness, and that, in fact, only make them addictive and do nothing good.

Start letting go of the tasty things, which actually are so, to bring imbalance to your bodies. Because the tastier it is, the more you eat. Start getting used to the sweet taste. It will not disappear, because for a long time you will still feed each other, but barely. you will find these flavors in the elements and sweet fruits. No longer where you are today. Sugar will not be brought to you. It will be contained in food. Only that.

So it's important that you start to have a…, a sequence, a rule, no matter what, but start letting go. But always try to continue eating correctly. It's not about giving up some foods and simply not eating anything else. The habit of eating fruits and vegetables needs to be intensified. Because they contain everything you lose by not consuming animals.

Do this all gradually. Go show your bodies that they can let go of this. This is important, my brothers. It is important to appease addictions. There is no such thing as, “I can’t!” Who is in charge of their bodies? Your conscience. So, there is no such thing as, “I can’t do it!.” Yes, there is detachment, which cannot be instantaneous. It has to be little by little, as the instantaneous process causes more imbalance than it helps..

So start, little by little, to leave these vices aside. Slow down gradually. And always repeating to himself: “I am capable of this! I am capable of giving up this addiction!” Stop repeating, “I can’t do it!,” because it only makes your addiction more and more intense..

My Code of Light will come full of small codes, which will act on various points of your bodies: mind, heart and stomach. And they will be important for this entire process. Even though you only have access to them for 24 hours, it will be enough for them to be activated in your bodies. And they will continue to work for a long time, helping each of you in this moment of detachment..

As for detachment from people, there really is nothing to comment on. There is something to accept. Not everyone will evolve. Some will not accept anything. Some will think about it. Others will change their minds. But what is needed right now is your determination. It's your choice to evolve or not. It will just be choices.

There is no way to say here, let go, today, of “A” or “B.” Everything will depend on the choice of “A” or “B.” So just keep that in mind. Search within your hearts for the right choice. That whatever decision “A” or “B” makes, their choice has already been made. This is what is important. Start living this idea. Getting used to it. So that at the moment it is easier.

Don't be fooled. No one will go along. Don't stay to stay together, because you won't stay together. Each one will follow their path separately. So is it worth missing this opportunity? Think about.
