Remembering the Regenerative Human

I am Anna. I come to you in stillness, together with my beloved master, Babaji.

We have heard your call. We feel your pain, and we are here to tell you that there is a way out.

Beloved friends, you have been misled into a way of living that no longer supports your vital force. You were taught to nourish yourselves through artificial means — overly processed foods, stimulants, chemical substances — while believing that what is natural is not enough. How could this be true, when nature is the very intelligence that created your body?

Your body was designed to be self-regulating and self-restoring. When it functions in harmony with its original blueprint, it remembers how to produce within itself what it no longer needs to take from outside. Even more than that, it awakens regenerative capacities that remain dormant in most humans today.

This remembrance begins by releasing what is unnecessary: stimulants that distort your natural biochemistry, foods that burden rather than nourish, habits that disconnect you from your own inner signals. Your gut is not merely an organ of digestion — it is a second brain, a field of intelligence that must be kept clear if the higher centers are to awaken.

As the body is purified and simplified, your cerebrospinal fluid becomes a living current of awareness. Through breath, stillness, and conscious presence, this current begins to activate the pineal gland.

In the early stages of this awakening, the pineal gland produces higher levels of melatonin. You feel calmer, more grounded, more deeply rested. You sleep better. You require less. You are no longer driven by agitation or lack.

As this process continues, melatonin is gradually transformed into subtle substances that modern science has barely begun to acknowledge — compounds that emerge only when dormant energies are reawakened and the inner chemistry is allowed to reorganize itself.

This is why you did not come to Earth merely to survive or to remain dependent. You came to evolve.

Yet humanity has become absorbed in distraction, feeding on stimulation, polluting the body, forgetting the sacred intelligence it carries. You are now being invited back into the highest teachings of your own being. Honor this, beloved, for your transformation does not belong to you alone. As you change, you influence others. You touch the planetary field. You alter the collective consciousness.

Our message is simple and profound: be less. Let go of what is not essential: excessive stimulation, constant engagement with the illusion of the outer world. Turn first toward the truth that lives within you.

As you release the belief that fulfillment must come from outside, a deep happiness will begin to rise naturally from within.
