Dear sons and daughters, I AM MARY!

And I can say that I was not covering only one; I have already covered all of you with my Mantle and all have received my Love, my Light.

My sons and daughters, be strong, have confidence in the path, do not worry about tomorrow.

Upon waking every day, be grateful for another day, and simply say:

“I am ready for this day. I am grateful for everything I will receive and I am grateful for all the learning that comes.”

And live each moment present and conscious, always remembering everything that was taught, the paths to be taken, the attitudes, the thoughts; do not let yourselves be drawn in by what is outside.

Imbalance sometimes comes, but do not let it grow; combat the imbalance with Love; do not surrender to it.

Realize, each of you, that within your redoubt of Light, which is your own home, you create a fortress; what is outside does not enter. Yet sometimes, inside the house, there are those who become instruments of imbalance. So, my sons and daughters, do not let yourselves be drawn in; do not continue the words; be silent; do not listen; do not retort; withdraw. This is the path, because they will do everything to pull you out of balance.

People are instruments because they do not vibrate high, and the feelings they feel, often of low vibration, couple with negative thought-forms, bringing imbalance. But the greatest attention is needed when you are not at home, when you are outside the fortress. You are a point of Light, and negative forces do not like Light; they always want to extinguish the Light.

So do not let yourselves be drawn in; refute as much as possible any discussion, any imbalance, so that you do not lose your vibrations; do not let yourselves be drawn in.

And I can guarantee to you that this will become more intense each time, as if the world were turning against you. Therefore remain always ready and humble. Humble, yes—humble enough to lower the head and appear weak. Not believing that you are weak, but simply to demonstrate nothing, so that you only listen and do nothing. I guarantee to you that this breaks any negative energy, because they will have no way to act upon your vibration: you are not vibrating anger, nor inflating the ego, wanting to be the correct one, wanting always to be the one who is right. Thus there will be nothing to attack, because to them you will appear small; yet on the contrary, you will be strong and wise.

Yes, many times you do not know how to act in these situations; you allow yourselves to be drawn in and the imbalance comes strongly. Then it is necessary to stop, breathe, and be silent. One who speaks alone does not stimulate a discussion; remember that.

Care is needed; attention is needed to maintain your vibration.

If you can, when your feet are in nature, connect immediately to Gaia and ask her to give you strength and help you remain balanced.

Pay attention, my brothers.

Realize the following: many brothers and sisters are passing through difficult situations on the planet, and the collective unconscious begins to manifest through fear of what is coming. This unconscious is very strong; therefore you need to be highly vibrant, so that you become like a wall against which this fear will strike and will not couple to you.

It is necessary, my sons and daughters, wisdom and strength.

Maintain your protections; make your shields daily.

Do not take this lightly; do not think that everything is calm, because it is not. The planet itself is going through a very intense process, and it is necessary that you maintain balance.

And once more I remind you: to be silent is not to be foolish, nor weak. It may even appear as weakness, yet it is immense wisdom, because within that wisdom you will maintain your vibration and will not stimulate imbalance. Be certain of this.
