Beloved children of planet Earth! I AM SANANDA!

Many of you are anxious about what we have been experiencing here. Understand that we are more concerned with each individual’s behavior than with the possibility of ascension itself. It would be pointless to ascend a few million while others continue on the same old path of addictions, deception, negative emotions, and harmful words.

This is our purpose during this entire cycle: to help you understand the impact of each action and thought. We do not intend for you to become judges of yourselves. The goal is not to criticize or blame yourself for mistakes—it is exactly the opposite.

Understanding the Consequences of Your Actions

We want to show each of you what every step you take causes. Most of you already understand that every action has a consequence, and every thought attracts a similar energy. We hope these teachings have already begun to resonate with you.

Imagine each of you as a raw crystal that now needs polishing to follow a path of evolution. It does not matter where you will end up—what matters is that each step you take can change your future and guide you to a better version of yourself.

A Simple Illustration

Take a large container of water. Add a single drop of dark liquid, any type. The dark liquid will dissolve and mix with the water. It may not visibly change the color, but its presence is now part of the whole. This is how you are—each action, no matter how small, reverberates throughout the collective.

Be an example. Inspire change. Even if you are just one drop in this great container, your presence is felt.

Daily Treatments and Practices

We will provide exercises and treatments to help you maintain balance, relieve mental anguish, and alleviate the many imbalances that exist today. Each session will include a new treatment; it does not need to be repeated. Listen carefully and follow the guidance. We know exactly what we are doing.

Today, I offer a simple treatment. We recommend acquiring a crystal—not large, any type you prefer: colored, transparent, big or small. Before use, cleanse and energize the crystal in sunlight.

Whenever you follow a treatment, hold the crystal, as it will be charged with the energy transmitted during the session. You may do the treatments without a crystal, but having one enhances the process.

Faith and Presence

Do not worry if you do not see, hear, or feel anything. Faith in the process is essential. If you believe I am present and emanating Light and Love, then you will receive it. Doubt will block the flow. The treatment will conclude naturally, and you will notice a small signal in your body when it ends.

This treatment will not take long; my energy is sufficient to work with you for a few moments. When holding the crystal, it marks the beginning and end of the session. Learn to live these moments fully and with awareness.

Once again, the video may end, but I will continue to emanate Light into your heart during the treatment.
