And the Light will have the capacity to dissolve that created form, little by little, helping you find the answers, the paths, the alternatives .

You get attached to suffering, you like everyone to see that you suffer. This is ego. Nobody needs to know what's going on with you. Few times will others help you, because everyone has their own problems. Don't expect help from others. Help has to come from the Beings of Light and mainly from yourself, not feeding the suffering.

Look at it, face it head on, because there may be a lot of your mistakes there too. And it is precisely these mistakes that are fueling the suffering. Always looking straight ahead is the best strategy for finding the answer. Fear nothing. We have always said this here. Fear nothing.

Suffering is an energy that arrives. As I already said, the result of current or past actions does not matter. But it doesn't come with all that strength; he acquires the strength that you give him. So know, don't feed it. Know how to wrap it in Light. And whenever the problem comes to your mind, remember that misshapen ball you made. And again, surround her with Light.

This is the way. And in this way, gradually, you will realize that everything has a solution, everything has a path, which leads to the solution of that problem, that suffering. Now, the most important thing in all of this: You have to not listen to your ego. You need to listen to your Divine Presence. Yes, she will always have the right answer to each problem.
