As that ball of energy continues to swirl, send a stream of it down through your energy bodies.
It moves on down going all the way into Gaia. As it links with Gaia it moves out in different directions. I would therefore invite you to just tap into the pulsation, the heartbeat of the Earth. As we do that there’s even greater amount of slowing down of the energies.
Do you ever just play with these balls of energy?? The more you play/ practice, the easier they are to create!
