Think back for a moment to what meditation means to you. Most likely when you began to meditate it was about training your thoughts to relax. It was about breathing and allowing your body to find a balance. It was about taking an opportunity to clear out whatever it is that might be around you so that you can then integrate a new reality into your life.
Has this changed over time? Sometimes people integration meditative experience into their daily life; it no longer needs to be something separate. You become the meditation rather than doing a meditation.
