When we speak of ascension what I literally did was that I lived a physical life in which my physical body died, but my Soul went back to source, to God Source energy which is what happens to every single individual when they die.

However, I went there I reconnected, I strengthened my awareness and then I came back to the Earth so that people could see that you never fully die, that your body releases but you live forever. Again, something that has been manipulated through the religions throughout the years. But I came back to show people that I was still alive.
