This is the fourth of the four-part series on the mind. Here William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, sums up the problems that we have existing in the physical world and God the Father’s wish for our return to Him.

The Council:  Basically, through past incarnations you have established certain actions, attitudes, to certain conditions that are every bit as set as an individual who has an incontrollable habit of smoking cigarettes or drinking.  You become enslaved to that habit, and so to break that slavery then you must work from both aspects, influencing that level of consciousness that contains the karmic debt through the spirit or through you yourself and by your association with others.

It is, shall we say, like a veil or screen within yourself that can be eliminated only through the process of unweaving that screen. Some can do the job much quicker; others, it takes a small amount of time more or maybe a different mode or way of eliminating that screen.  Possibly another way of looking at it is this, that your soul or you as a spirit being have developed a callous.  Do you understand?

Questioner:  Yes.

C:  There is a friction that creates a callous, a rubbing the wrong way; and the only way to eliminate that callous then is to move that point of pressure or the rubbing someplace else, change it; and so in this area that contains the karmic situation, the karmic debt from all the past experiences, must be eliminated in order to gain the greater control; now it cannot be eliminated completely, but the effort to try to eliminate it is what is needed.  Once the desire is there and true, you will begin to manifest a more godlike life in the material, that definitely will get through the indebted area.  The rest as we have said, the Father loves you beyond your ability to comprehend, and because of this He simply removes the debt for you. He knows now that you have placed yourselves in positions that you yourself cannot eliminate, so He requires only your desire to do so. You see, you in your present form cannot truly love God the Father. What is required is that you have a desire TO love Him; then He will place you in a position so you CAN love Him.  Very well.
