The discussion referred to below was a meeting after the recorded trance was typed so that it could be discussed by the group. Mr. LePar would then be responsible for clarification where needed. Mr. LePar was not comfortable leading the discussion. William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, assured the questioner that they would help Mr. LePar give the proper information during the discussion.

Questioner: In referring to discussions that you suggested last time; in discussing what was said to each person in these communications, Bill has deliberately put off these discussions because he is really not sure that he has the knowledge and the ability to give the explanation and to be correct. Can you comment?

The Council: This is foolishness on his part. He should realize by now that he does have the guidance necessary. It is wise to be cautious as we have advised all here, but at times he is too cautious. We will make sure that when he advises those concerning the information given in these communications, he will have all the knowledge necessary. He should realize that the Hand of the Lord is over him.
