Are you mission-driven, do you get immersed so fully in a project and forget everything else? I do!
I am so driven that I will work around the clock. Sometimes I forget to eat, and I’m grateful I live in a sunny state where I can go outside for 5-minute sunshine breaks to stretch and soak up some rays before getting back to the task at hand.
Today I am acknowledging the value of balance, self-care, celebrating completions, and having some fun! Do you remember to celebrate your completions and take time out between projects?
In today’s video, I address all of this and offer a soothing frequency transmission for balancing your energy and your life.
