Allow Love to Flow: Release Blocks and Heal

A gentle reminder: allow love to flow through all blocks, and experience the natural state of being fully supported and connected. ~AndEl

Anywhere you don’t feel good, here is where you have a block stuck in a place from which love would emanate naturally, without ego’s trying or planning or effort. This block is made of thoughts. Each thought deserves an airing, a noticing, a pausing. Otherwise, you’re just going to continue on believing the blocking thoughts, also believing that your disquiet has to be coming from a place outside yourself. We guarantee you that it isn’t. All the disquiet you experience emanates from you, from your intention to experience something that love doesn’t recognize.

Your disquiet is not natural. Love is natural. As you stop to release anything that blocks the flow of love, you see how all the seeming different thoughts of disquiet are the one thought that separation is real and was accomplished. There is one thought behind that thought: You are loved and love and loving forever.

Pressure and Release

When you feel pressure building up behind a block, that’s a good thing. Think of that block being washed away and love flowing forth. Wherever you believe you need a sense of separate self-control, of blocks against a world that could attack or inconvenience you in some way, here is this pressure. You might see this tension as a useful resistance, and that is not a problem. Today is for noticing these areas of tension and finding what they are made of. There is nothing terrible to find here–just places where you thought resistance was useful.

It is very important to remember that pressure or limit is never, ever coming from outside of you, even though it appears that this is completely the case. It always comes from your desire to hold blocks to love in place. Of course you would want to hold blocks to love in place if you think it is keeping you safe. There is a gentle and loving way to address your addiction to defense, and it doesn’t rip anything away from you. Rather, think of it as a soft yet direct and clear guiding that shows you step-by-step how very safe you are now.

No matter how long a block seems to have been there, once the decision to remove the block is made, it is removed easily. It loses its stopping power and falls out. The power of Holy Spirit is to help you see how very unnecessary it is to resist the power of love, to resist the power that puts all things right, to resist the flow that shows how blessed and loved you and all have always been. You see that it is unnecessary to resist, and then you stop resisting.

Releasing Resistance

Bad feelings are caused by holding love back. They seem to be caused by something outside of you. They seem to be caused by a condition you don’t like. They seem to be caused by a failure or a deficiency you perceive to be yours. They are not. They are simply caused by blocking love. You have not done anything wrong. All of this has been imagination. You have tried to keep what you perceived to be yourself safe and protected. There is no need to blame you or anyone you call other for this attempt. Now you are being walked through seeing it, letting it go, and accepting what is truly here on your behalf and on the behalf of all those you call other.

Love is here, and I allow love to extend. This is the truth. This is the reality. This is what you can allow to happen. You allow it here, and you also allow it in a place you perceive to be “over there.” There is no difference. Love is real, and you can stop holding back the extension of what is real. We have endeavored to show you that re-identifying as ego and attempting to perform love in accordance with ego’s definition of love will never work. Instead you can remain here, still, calm, loved, and fully supported, and you can allow the extension of what is real.

Allowing Love

You don’t know how it will look. You don’t know what it will call you to do. But its call is gentle, clear, unmistakable, helpful, and easy to follow. It’s safe to allow this gentle, clear call into your experience.

Here you are, loved, supported, and guided. Here you are with all of your divine siblings, and they have already in place all the love, support, and guidance they will ever need. You only need to say yes to seeing this unfold. We don’t need to convince you to say yes. We just show you, as far as you will allow us each day, how safe and loved you are. It is our honor to share what we are with you so you can see your safety.
