And all of a sudden, we are through April 2024! Now we get to integrate all that amazing energy we received this past month. Don’t worry – this integration feels like play. I have a couple suggestions to keep it light…

Routine – This month will be easier if you both change up your routine, and also develop a structure. I know that sounds like opposing ideas, but stick with me for a minute. Keep both the change and the structure small. Change can be taking a new route to work or using your non-dominant hand to eat or drink. Change the music you listen to for a few minutes. Change the order of your bedtime routine. Adding structure can mean setting a daily (or hourly) reminder to stop everything, and spend a full minute focusing only on your breath. Structure could mean spending five minute every night writing in your gratitude journal. Nothing has to be big, but structure is consistent. Willingness to flow with change, while building your own consistent structure will improve everything. May 2024 both requires and supports our expansion in these areas of change and structure.

As the energies of April are integrated, nothing will stay the same. The ego fears change, but your higher self sees change as progress. The structure piece will provide safety for your body (your primary relationship), and keep your ego mind from running off in all directions. Coming back to your breath a few times a day is a great way to reclaim your power and sovereignty.

Frequency – The other toy to play with is your personal frequency. This will require a little introspection on the “wants” in your life. I will use money as a popular example. Many people want more money, but the way the monetary system is set up there must be billions in lack for a few to be wealthy. Money is a 3D system. So what is the real desire? Freedom? Lack of fear? I like the word abundance, because it isn’t limited to money. If you think of money as an outdated 3D concept, then very few would wish to stay in that paradigm. So, figure out the “want behind the want.” Pick your frequency based on your true desire. In 5D the concept of money feels more like ease and abundance to me. Figure yourself out, and go from there.

The nice thing about changing your frequency is that it happens almost instantly at this point. What you dwell on is a choice, and it is a choice that we can change at any time. Anytime you feel frazzled or low, consider what you have been thinking about. If awareness of your thoughts is lacking, try setting an hourly chime on your phone to remind you to check-in with your mind. The mind both creates reality and sends signals to the body. Mind your mind.

May 2024 is a great time to stretch our wings and truly start to create reality! Wheee!
