In This Moment The Universe Wants You To Know

During any moment of conflict, there are two experiences simultaneously happening: From the ego's perspective, you are arguing with someone.

From the soul’s viewpoint, you’ve been given an opportunity to learn and grow in the presence of another person.

As we lean in with openness and curiosity without placating someone in order to ‘keep the peace,’ or need another person to honor our perspective, we may see how those who are most open to learning aren’t lost in the arguments at hand. Equally so, those with a greater refusal to learn are always fully invested in conflict through a need to be right or prove others wrong.

Whether learning the differences between two individuals, which relationships life is asking us to move on from, recognizing opportunities to speak a subjective truth that another person doesn’t have to agree with or validate, or perhaps become more aware of the limitations another person is processing within themselves, there is no limit to what can be learned when we are open to growth instead of invested in discord.

Whether such conflict acts as a way of voicing resentments and concerns instead of burying them further or becomes the final straw in the dissolving of what no longer serves either person’s journey, whether staying or going, may we never stop growing and loving ourselves more, not less, every step of the way. This is the power of heart-centered consciousness.
