I know a great many of you are upset at the troubles you see in the world and you want to help. 

You don’t always have to, as they say, throw money at the situation though sometimes that is warranted - it is a good thing but other times you can be of great help to do something with energy and spirit and good heart and I know many of you want to do this and that’s why you read this blog. 

So I want to give you something you can do. It will be a bit repetitive for some of you who know these things but you can just pass over the parts you know. 

This is what to do first. First get focused in what you want to do, how you want things to be - meaning you want people to be comfortable and have all the food they need and shelter that they enjoy - in short, have a good life. You know this because you want to help. 

Then say this, you can whisper it if others are around and some of you can even think it and it will work - but say these words or think them, “I am asking that all the most benevolent energies that are available for me be all around me and all about me now.” 

Then wait, not very long, just a few seconds. If you feel a lot of good feeling, good energy is what I feel to describe it - it feels good to you, wait until it passes a bit. 

If you feel something uncomfortable then stop because you’ll need to do this another day - you’re too upset about the situation - see. 

It’s important to know the difference between feeling excitement and feeling good energy.

But say you do feel good, then wait about 20 seconds or 30 seconds at the most and then say, “I am asking that all those people and beings who are suffering because of…” and then just give the shortest possible name or description of why they’re suffering - maybe they’re in some place where there was a disaster then just say the name of that place, “… receive all the help, love and support they need now in the most benevolent way for them resulting in the most benevolent outcome.”

Alright, now I know that’s pretty vague and it’s the general thing to do but it works pretty good when the energy is present. And the energy is what, you might say. 

The energy is not only spirits that are benevolent, often called angels but it is also because in these times of greater creativity on all levels it is possible that the souls of all beings who want to help also help in a way - alright - if people are sleeping their souls still want to help, their spirits want to help and in a way of benevolence that is available now, that help can manifest itself in the ways that are best for those that need it.

This is a good thing to say if you have loved ones in a place where there is strife or danger. Then you can just say, “ I am asking that…” and you can say the name of your loved ones “… who are in…” and then you can say the place or in “…some danger receive all the help…” and so on. 

This is good to know because it gives you something you can do when you feel helpless and you feel like there’s just nothing you can do and you are upset about that. 

There is something you can do and I’ve found that very often this works and very often you find out after the fact that your loved ones - that somehow, they don’t know how, the situation seemed to just work out fine for them and they might even be baffled why their friends and their family were worried but that just tells you that the situation worked out better because spirit and the energy of creativity that’s available now worked in their favor and instead of things going down a road that could have been bad or uncomfortable at the very least, it went down a good road and you would have helped to bring that about.

Always keep in mind, “There is something I may be able to do.”

Also know if it’s after the fact, you won’t be able to help things that have already happened but your prayers, and this is a form of prayer - yes, will have helped others that you don’t know and have never met and perhaps never will. Though after life you will probably know because after life all of the discomfort and unhappiness falls away and you remember only the good things.
