There is only one thing that you ever need to evaluate: How you feel. Although there is great temptation to evaluate everything else that you see, everything else that seems to be happening, you’re eventually going to learn not to give in to this temptation. You’re going to see the function of evaluating the world as leading straight into illusion. You want clarity. This seed within you is growing, and you are seeing more and more that egoic evaluation is nothing at all. It is an opinion about a dream.

Understanding how you feel is important so you can know when you are fooling yourself. During any instant when you feel the least bit “off,” it has nothing to do with the world, even though it seems to. This off feeling has everything to do with treating an illusion as real and powerful, with lying to yourself in some way. Know how you are feeling so you can know when you are believing lies. All else has no need of ego’s evaluation.

All that seems to be present in your world and in your experience is there for your benefit and for the benefit of others, no matter how it appears. To allow ego to evaluate anything in the world you made means that you treat a dream as if it is real, giving it power to bring you unhappiness. All you need to remember is that there is something good in each situation and in every facet of each situation, so you only need to be guided through it. What guides you through each situation is your True Self. Increasingly, you will abandon the opinions of the false self of ego, recognizing them as meaningless.

With faith and trust, you can be guided by what you Are through what-seems-to-be, with no need for an egoic evaluation. What you Are is what everyone else Is, and when you rely upon the Real, you begin to see the Real in and as others. As you realize that the opinions of ego are meaningless, the guiding voice that is your own and that of everyone else is allowed to come into the foreground, to be heard.

When you trust the guiding voice that is everyone’s, equally, your experience is effortless. When you feel a sense of effort, you are relying upon the artificial construct of ego in some way. Find your willingness to be released from what is not and never has been Real, and help will come to you.

If you feel disturbance of any kind, you are believing an egoic evaluation that has been suggested to you by the AI you invented. We put it in this way so you can see that you have accepted a simulated intelligence that has never been Real. You invented this simulated intelligence in order to hide from what is Real. You have no need to fear what is Real, and it is safe to drop your reliance on a tissue of lies. Only joy awaits you when you do.
