I am Sitting here in Bliss, feeling how great it is to Literally know Nothing, to Be Empty. How could I know anything, it is ALL unfolding right in front of my eyes.  Living in the Present Moment is Freedom, this is truly Living in Joy and Bliss. EVERYTHING is New and an Adventure in the Present Moment.

In this Beginners Mind, Being Childlike, is Great Freedom.  Life is Very Exciting and RELAXED and PEACEFUL when PERCEIVED with openness in the BOUNTY of the Moment. It is Rich, it is fulfilling. I am taking it all in, through all of my senses and my Breath.

In the Present Moment, I have No expectations of myself, or anyone else, for that matter. How could I  in the Moment? Impossible. It’s like the Most amazing Parade of Life taking place in front of my Eyes and in My Heart, and I don’t want to miss any of this Great Unfolding.

When Awareness is taken out of the Present Moment, life begins to be perceived through a list of should and should nots, expectations and fears connected to an existence that is not in the present moment, which lives as a fixed idea, of a  past or future. This is the mind, when in control of the Heart.

In the Present Moment the Heart leads the Way. To Freedom, to Love, to a LIFE Greater and GRACE Far Greater than ever imagined.

It is UNFOLDING. It is OPENING. It is Freedom and it is NOW.

There is nothing more Supreme than the Glory of the Divine, which is KNOWN when the Heart rules the mind, and in the Present Moment, where Heaven on Earth resides.
