Dearest Holy Beloveds,

Blessings to you and to all those that you love. Blessings to the holy Earth. Blessings to every cell of your sacred and holy body. Blessings. Can you receive these blessings even during times of great challenge and difficulty?

That is the paradox of these moments, dearest holy ones. As you breathe in and receive the sacred breath, it is filled with new wonders, with new light and new possibilities that have never before been on the holy Earth. Blessings on your holy breath.

These new frequencies are opening new possibilities and also new avenues of healing.

Dearest beloveds, some healing comes in the form of unwanted experiences, energies, thoughts, and feelings. These may be more difficult to embrace dearest holy ones, and yet also contain some of the greatest possibilities for true transformation today.

Dearest holy ones, allow yourselves to fully immerse yourself in the blessings that exist for you, even within the midst of what is difficult. See if you can receive what is new that is emerging. Stay attentive to what is happening, and know also that you have choices.

There are forces on the holy Earth that would create despair and a tendency towards greater negativity, and you have choices in this regard dearest holy ones; where you place your time and attention, what you pay attention to, what sources of information you receive and what is around you in your immediate environment.

You can use this gift of choice wisely with your heart so that you can continue forward receiving what is new, and also releasing what you choose not to interact with. We send all love and blessings, gratitude and deepest honoring for your presence on the holy Earth. Amen.
