Dearest Holy Beloveds of the Light,

At this time, the process of purification has opened many new spaces within you and within all of humanity.

As you breathe and allow the holy breath to travel through your sacred body, these new spaces become filled with the divine light of the One that is manifesting on the Earth.

At this time and in this space that you find yourself, allow yourselves to breathe into these new spaces that have been opened.

Allow these new spaces within you to fill with divine light. You may not be experiencing what has opened in you dearest beloveds, if you are still also experiencing the release of pain for yourself or for the world.

There is a profound level of purification happening on the planet, and there are many energies circulating in the planetary consciousness.

What is especially helpful at this time, to help transmute the heavy emotional weight that is circulating, is this holy breath.

It may seem simple, but there is much more happening than you may realize.
The holy breath given by the Divine, moves through and carries with it all that is no longer needed.

The holy breath travels through and carries with its sacred movement, the divine light of the One and the new, and it transmutes not only that which you perceive within your own sacred body, but also transmutes the larger whole that you may not be aware of.

You are the Holy Earth, and so each profound breath that passes through your sacred body also passes through the body of the whole Earth.

This sacred breath and this sacred practice of receiving the holy breath and allowing it to carry from you what is no longer needed, offers a profound service to the Holy Earth. We send all love and blessings and gratitude to you dearest holy beloveds. Amen.
