Give yourselves the fullness of permission to love unconditionally, even parts of yourselves that are difficult to live.

Tune into the new pulse of the planet, the healing sounds of nature, the new frequencies of light that are flowing through your life and your sacred bodies.

Your existing knowledge and wisdom is deepening and becoming more embodied now. Trust yourselves to flow with this and make the needed choices and adjustments to your life that these times require.
