Dearest Holy Ones,

At this time, as the divine physical matter of the holy Earth transforms, your sacred bodies are entering a new dimensional frequency.

Your bodies are not responding to energies and situations in the same way as before, as a new dimension of spiritual light has anchored into the cellular structure, the DNA and RNA and all the myriad of systems that make up your embodied form.

This may seem concerning, or perhaps you may feel you have not attended to your body in the ways you should have, however this change is the result of spiritual light, rather than human action.

You can support this process by nurturing the spiritual light that has arrived into your body, and holding yourself gently as you experience new sensations, and as your body changes.

When the higher dimensions of spiritual light meet in older or denser energy, there can be discomfort or symptoms, or energies released from the cells and tissues.

The intention of spiritual light always to free you into your true divine nature.

Depending on your specific circumstance, this may be an easier or more challenging transition, according to the history you carry, and also depending upon your souls purpose for this sacred incarnation.

Trust the divine flow of light as it moves through you dearest holy ones.

You may need to rest more, and to focus on the sacred breath which will bring the spiritual light to those areas of discomfort which need support within you.

You may experience new symptoms or transitional symptoms, which come and go. You can navigate this process by a attuning to your inner guidance to ask what is needed in each moment.

You can support the anchoring of light within your body by eating fresh whole foods whenever possible, that are grown nearby to where you are dwelling.

Also it is important to drink fresh water that carries the vibration of spiritual light.

You can pray for the water that you are drinking, that it may carry greater light and love, which will not only benefit the water you are drinking but all of the holy waters on the earth.

The waters of the earth are sacred and a whole being unto them selves that you can connect to, join with and become a part of in your sacred process.

Give thanks to the holy waters, the holy Earth who sustains you, the sacred breath, and all of the Divine manifested in form that you are a part of.
