Dearest Holy Ones,

The vibrational frequencies within the core of the holy planet Earth are being raised at a more accelerated pace now.

As greater and stronger frequencies of spiritual light permeate the physical matter that is the heart of the Earth, this is creating a significant and profound shift in each sacred life form that lives upon her.

Your holy, sacred body dearest beloved ones, is also receiving the stronger frequencies that are affecting the very core of your physical embodiment. All of the muscles, tissues, joints, bones, fluids, nerves, cells are now receiving an influx of a new dimension of light.

At this time dearest holy ones, the sacred core of your physical body needs greater attention so that you can respond to this great gift of light.

By listening, attuning and adapting your daily flow of activities, you can create a greater space within you to harmonize with these new energies of light.

You may be called to modify how you are eating, how are you are moving your body, you may be guided to try different activities, or to create more space for silence or for peace in nature.

Allow the core of your sacred body to respond to and attune to the core of the holy Earth, and receive the strength of light that is present for you and that can give you what you need.

In all circumstances dearest Beloveds, the holy One that is All is guiding you.

At this time on the Earth, the more accelerated pace of events will encourage each embodied soul to become more attuned to the present moment.

This is a gift and also a skill that may need to be learned, especially by those who have been more adapted to the previous cycle of linear time and third dimensional.
