Beloved Holy Ones,

At this sacred time on the planet Earth, it is necessary to find within, the capability to rest and to dwell in the light within you, in the presence of a great deal of oppositional energy that presents itself and also that may have a larger presence.

Certainly, one can see the external events happening in the world in this way, but also these energies are closer to the Earth plane, and so can be felt more strongly by those of the light and even those who do not have a finely developed sense of spiritual energy.

There are a number of ways that this can feel distressing, uncomfortable, frightening on the physical levels.

There are also impacts of this energy that are felt on the emotional and mental levels.

These energies can catalyse old, emotional and mental patterns, even those that you may have thought that you let go of.

In truth, you may have already released these older energies, however, the presence of oppositional forces can restimulate older, vulnerable areas and even those areas that are no longer vulnerable, but that are familiar.

If you find yourself suddenly resonating with an older energy or thought form, with a negativity,

with an old story, become aware of what is happening, rather than being in it and giving power to it.

Allow yourself to breathe and to focus your attention on the divine breath.

There is a beautiful and strong vibration of light that is present now in all of physical matter and in your physical body.

In all of the activity that is very dynamic on the Earth, you may only be able to feel this by creating a moment or a place of stillness.

Sit quietly and allow yourself to become aware of the infusion of divine light and life that is being given to you through the Holy Breath.

Allow this breath, this divine light, to expand within you and to take up more of your conscious space.

This holy light and this holy breath is always with you and for most people is in the background or is not directly perceived, but you can bring it to the forefront.

This can help to dissipate some of the older energies and oppositional forces that present themselves as your own thoughts.

It is also helpful to affirm your true divine identity.

Anytime time that you may feel older, oppositional forces attempting to create a different story or to drag you downward into an older energy that is not who you are, you will find this affirmation exists naturally in you.

I AM the light of my eternal being.

I AM the divine Oneness that lives within form.

I AM the love that created me.

I AM the truth of my divine being.

You'll find the I AM already lives within you.

Allow it to present itself to you, and especially during those times when it may be difficult to feel who you truly are.
