Beloved Holy Ones,

A new stream of divine light has descended from the higher realms to the Holy Earth.

It is surrounding and permeating the atmosphere of the Earth.

This divine light has a sufficient frequency that it is penetrating the clouds of oppositional energy that have moved closer to the Earth in recent times.

You can assist this significant sacred process, dearest holy ones.

The new infusion of light is available to you. You can welcome it and align with it.

You can trust the power of light to dispel energies of separation and opposition.

There are also practices that are available now to assist in bringing greater light into your physical body so that you can receive these new frequencies more completely.

Primarily among these practices is the transformation of the food that you consume.

Those foods that are plant-based and that are closer to their natural wholeness carry greater spiritual light, and especially the green vegetables also carry the embodied light of the sun within them.

The consuming more of the light-based foods and letting go of those foods that do not serve you, can greatly help in your embodiment of divine light.

If you understood more directly the relationship between your own self and what you see happening in the world, these choices would be simple, dearest Beloveds.

The challenge for many is that the perception of that connection is not yet available to most people.

Great compassion is needed, dearest holy ones, to pass through this time.

We encourage you to make use of these new frequencies of divine light, be aware of them.

Create space to receive them through sitting quietly, and most importantly, follow the practice of alignment with light in the midst of all of the other energies that are present on the holy Earth.
