Is it just me or was April 2013 an unusually horrid month that just went on and on and on and on…?  My gawd it’s been unbelievable in both highly positive ways, and highly miserable ways throughout April. This simultaneous building of polarized extremes has always been freakishly interesting and frustrating to me during these amplified Ascension years, but in April 2013, it’s been extreme and very trying at times. Things have been both intensely positive and simultaneously negative since the first Equinox (March 2013) energies came in post 12-21-12, which I sense is “normal” for what’s happening until the different multiple worlds and timelines rip apart from each other and go their separate ways later this year.

I get this question all the time from readers: How can we know whom to believe? Who's really telling the truth? Which person should I support for political office at the next election?

What if I told you there is an incredibly simple way to tell not only who's good and who's bad, but also how to tell who is pushing absolute evil onto our world?

As we complete the last few days of April many of us are wondering what else can happen? April was certainly eventful on the global scale and it didn’t even have the energetic potential of May, which has two eclipses and the third Uranus Pluto square, as well as starting with both the Sun and Mars opposing Saturn. For as we approach the first Gathering that has been set up for this upcoming weekend, many of you will feel how the heat of the fire will reach a heightened momentum now as you have agreed to take part in this world wide event. For the threads you have all so studiously gathered will already start to become a part of the great fold now. In other words, you have all been caught in this new web of light filaments, and now, we will make sure that you are all securely fastened as we start to spin the threads and weave you all seamlessly into this magnificent structure of light. This does not imply that you are prisoners in any way, quite the opposite. For this only means that you are no longer the solitary journeyer through a dense vacuum of lower densities, for now, you have all joined the party as it were, as you have all been connected to the filaments of tomorrow. And by your very actions, you have made that decision to the thus included a very long time ago. For this YES was something you gave on a soul level before you even came in, and as such, the joy you all feel in your heart comes from the realization that now, this YES will start to come into full effect.

Why has this universal truth been hidden from the beings on this planet?

This is the biggest mystery. For over 25,000 years the Universal Truth was not available to the people of this planetary system. It is now finally being received on this planet. Deep seekers of the truth that are open minded and ready will receive it.

The higher energies of 2012 and beyond have a twofold effect. We have been stuck in a Universal Time Matrix System that has been disconnected from the higher dimension frequencies for thousands of years. Ancient Earth history shows manipulations of the planetary grids by beings from other more advanced systems (Draco-Orion, Sirius, Pleiades). The Universal Time Matrix system we are in is being manipulated. The energies of 2012 and beyond are opportunities for faster ascension and manipulation into restriction of ascension.

You are now bemoaning your advancement or lack thereof. At this stage of completion, neither seems exciting.

An apt analogy is that you are a World War I soldier in the trenches of France and your unit has claimed a few feet of mud – at the cost of friends and your peace of mind. Fighting for your country seemed exciting before you arrived. Now you cannot wait until the war is over. The ups and downs, the physical discomfort, and the lack of anything you wish to talk about merely test your soul. You no longer care who wins as long as you can go home.

People often ask me, particularly when we do private readings, what it feels like to channel Spirit.

Good question.

I had never given the question much thought till recently when, for whatever reason, more folks have been asking it.

We are at a monumental threshold! Those of us who are ready are breaking free from the Fear Program. There is a pattern I have seen among my clients, friends, family and world events that I am really excited about. People are able, in intense, potentially frightening situations, to choose to feel intense love and gratitude instead. Now, I want to share a couple of stories.Susan was at the Boston Marathon, near the Finish Line, waiting for her two children to complete their first marathon race. It had been a wonderful, uplifting day. At various spots along the race path Susan and her husband, along with thousands of other friends and family of the racers, had encouraged and cheered on all the runners . They had been training for many months. There was a huge sense of accomplishment and success. It was such an uplifting and satisfying experience for everyone.And then the bombs exploded.

I AM off to Chaco Canyon, New Mexico this morning after a GI-Normous Full Moon rise in Sedona, which was quite dramatic over the Red Rocks. I honored the first of this triple-eclipse accelerator from Bell Rock; the eclipse was around 1pm here and the energy was powerful. There is a lot of intel coming in, and I AM doing my best to update when I can while on the road. Another spiral of clouds manifested during yesterday’s eclipse gateway work, along with sudden moments of complete stillness within – the zero point. It’s a remarkable sensation beyond any kind of quiet or everywhere -all-at-once state. Pure Source consciousness.

Big energies deserve our participation. Our Galactic agreements are becoming just as important as the day-to-day. Yes, we are capable of fully honoring both. Be conscious, adjust, simplify what you can, and take it to the next level. It is up to gatekeepers and lightservers to utilize them to the best of our abilities. As we realize our Galactic roles in the Shift, we attain higher levels of maturity in this beautiful process. Notice how it continues to expand? There is always more to learn, explore, experience.

I know we have addressed this before and we know the best thing to do is meditate. As spring pushes her way into every pore of our being, we feel the need to birth another level of our own being from the inside out. Making life uncomfortable and tempers flair. All of earth mirrors this urge to move forward out of the long winter of waiting into a place that can only be seen by the beholder. We unfurl our closed wings and step out of the black hole into the future.

We look at ourselves seeing a newness that has not made its way to the surface as of yet. We feel compelled and driven to move out of our winter blues searching blindly for those rose tinted glasses we once wore. We are seasoned like a good wine that seeks a crystal goblet to fill. Every day life gives us another morsel to digest, an appetizer that keeps us from our intended destination. Regrets and guilt trips pile up like laundry, as we cling to what was and what could have been. We mourn for easier times and reflect upon what once was. We did not have it so bad after all, of course hindsight is 20/20.

Dratzo! This moment in your history is a truly precious one! You stand on the edge of a cascade of events which will quite suddenly change your world forever. Mother Earth is now at that watershed which we have mentioned to you before and she is about to merge her two now-separated realms into one. This great and sacred shift is to happen very shortly. The dark cabal that runs your dark surface world still cannot believe that its reign over your world is coming to an end. After all, there are only faint signs that this is happening. Arrests are being made and parts of their inner circles divested of power, yet their rule continues. What they have not yet grasped is that an utterly different reality is very close to materializing. Likewise, they cannot comprehend that we have accepted Heaven's plans for bringing you your freedom. The dark ones take our advice and accompanying warnings with a truly huge 'grain of salt.' Yet they would do well to heed what we say and prepare in some measure for their coming downfall. Energy is sweeping across this world and is about to bring their lamentable creations to an end. A new, all-transforming Light is dawning and is about to engulf these hardened skeptics.

A broken heart can stir up so many feelings inside us, mostly sorrow, sometimes we may do (or think of doing) things we never would have done when we are in this much pain. With a broken heart, the days ahead seem grim, and existing on this earth when we feel this way is very difficult or may seem impossible. As you read this, you may be thinking of a broken heart due to relationship or marriage, but there are many events that break a heart in a lifetime.

Heartbreaks: death of a loved one, a diagnosis that changes a life, death of a pet, divorce, losing friends through death or change, witnessing suffering on the news or in your community, war, 9/11, Tsunamis, shootings of innocents, and other world events that we cannot understand. There are also other kinds of heartbreak: loss of a childhood, getting older, losing eyesight, strength and youthfulness, depression, hopelessness, loss in meaning of one’s life, and thoughts of suicide. These kinds of heartbreaks have not evolved from a specific event necessarily— they could be caused by multiple events built up over time.

The storm has subsided somewhat now, and the waves have quieted down compared to the much more intense surges many of you experienced only last week. This is all a part of the natural cycle of things, and you have all more or less become rather familiar with how this works by now. And this time, we think you will all feel the need to take some deep, deep breaths and savour the stillness that will follow in their wake, for this time, you have certainly been through the wringer in more ways than one. Let us assure you all that you will have become so much strengthened by this ordeal, for contrary to expectations, these intense energetic upgrades do not leave you totally floored for long now. Rather, you will feel an instantaneous relief when they subside, and not only that, you will also simultaneously feel an urge to literally get up and go. For, as usual during these very intense bouts of adjustments, anything concerning the future, whether it be imminent or more distant, seems almost impossible to even contemplate. But now, as this mental fog seems to have dissipated along with all of the physical symptoms, you will find yourself eager to set things into action.

Perhaps you are familiar with astrological events as portrayed in the Old Age. Just as is true for you, there are no longer astrological group activities or messages.

In the Old Age, you received information that all would be erratic during a full moon or that an eclipse would shift all people in some fashion. Sometimes those patterns were accurate – sometimes not. But because you were comfortable with group thought, you continued to follow what others projected might happen. Perhaps you have read astrology books that indicated what a Pisces or Aries should be like – only to find some correlation, but not a complete list of activities relevant to you or the person in question.

Some of the Old Age astrological readings were fairly accurate because  humans moved en masse so one could roughly calculate what would happen to someone with that sign on a particular day or even year. Such is no longer the case.

As I re-read a text message I’d just sent about the upcoming Lunar Eclipse (April 25/26) I had to have a little chuckle. Instead of saying ‘good time for inner healing’, the auto spell-check had changed it to ‘god time for inner healing.’ Indeed it is.

Last week one of our family died at a relatively young age. She’d been suffering from a serious illness since she was in her 40s.

I know, as my spirit guides often say, we all die at the time and in the manner we choose. Yet when someone close dies, it’s still an adjustment for us—often a difficult one.

Adding to the difficulty is the almost universal fear of death.

Here are a few thoughts from Spirit.

Your greatest fear is walking into your greatness. If you simply let go of all your feelings of unworthiness, lack, low self-esteem, etc., you would wake up tomorrow morning in what would literally be a new world. Your fear of death would be gone.

An iconic American city has been locked down, after explosive terror ripped through the lives of ordinary Americans. Both intentional violence and toxic mayhem erupted with the space of a week, with a massive accidental explosion in Texas, days after bombs ripped through a crowd of onlookers at the marathon. Massive earthquakes occurred on the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan, and in Sichuan province, China. 

We have all felt the potent eruption of Mars in the collective psyche. The Sun conjuncts Mars, the traditional god of war, every two years. Each conjunction happens in different signs, where it awakens both aggression and great courage. For the first time since spring of 1981, the conjunction happened in Aries, a sign where Mars has great power. Fiery, impulsive, courageous and active, the coming together of Sun and Mars in this sign brings great heat, sudden danger, and often calls up the presence of men in uniform, the police, soldiers, and emergency responders who embody Mars in our society. A veritable war machine was mobilized in response to the carnage created by bombs, shooting and robbery.

That this Awareness immediately states that both of these events are more than they seem.  That as to the event in Boston, the heinous crime that was committed in the attack against innocent citizens who were there to support friends and family, who were there to enjoy the festive occasion of the Boston Marathon; that this was a target chosen specifically for this reason, that a large amount of people would be there subject to the attack on them.

The Arcturian Group Through Marilyn - The Oneness of All

Hello dear ones. We come today to wish you a happy spring although it has been a very different spring for many parts of your world this year. Gaia is adjusting to the new energies pouring in, as well as opening herself to more of her own Divine energies for she too is a conscious being. Gaia is making the adjustments necessary as best she can in order to allow her own ascension to proceed with the least amount of discord to the beings living on earth.

Much of that which you see as chaos in the world is the releasing of dark energy pockets which have lain dormant in certain areas for eons of time. These are places where the energies of war, strife, and suffering still resonate and where years and years of un-enlightened thinking and actions are now manifesting in order to be looked at, transmuted, and released. It may appear as though the world is becoming darker but it is actually the activity of more Light shining on previously hidden shadows bringing them to world awareness instead of allowing them to stay hidden and functional as has been the case up to now.

We have said this so many times and we will say it as long as we have voices to speak through, God loves you, dear ones, more than you can possibly imagine. God wants to assist you in your lives. And yet God has granted you, upon the earth, free will. The entire universe, by its nature, must respond to the loving vibrations you put out. Aspects of the universe will respond to other vibrations as well. We, the angels, only respond to love. It is in our very design.

The universe is not designed to respond solely to your words or your thoughts, rather it responds to the energy beneath them. This is why you can pray with all sincerity, “God I need help. I need the bills paid. I need to be healed,” and see nothing happening, because beneath your words perhaps is an energy that says, “I have lack. I have ill health.”

During these days of cleansing and upheaval, it is imperative that you be always conscious of the good in your life and to remain in a holy state of perpetual gratitude.  Give thanks for everything.  Shift your attention away from the negativity and instead place your awareness on the variety of ways in which you are abundantly blessed.  Thank the Creator over and over again.  Morning, afternoon and evening, you must count your blessings and give thanks.  Do this nobly, all the while maintaining an air of gratitude and grace.  Think, before retiring, of what blessings the day has brought you.  Reflect on all that has goneright in your day, rather than what has gone wrong.  Then record it, if you like, to be looked back upon and savored during erratic times.

We’ve gone through lots of changes and intensity, guiding us gently or kicking and screaming to our destiny; that of living our Soul’s Plan and in the higher dimensions of Love (Who we are) and Unity (who we are together). There is no duality in this space. And if you are still experiencing duality (opposites, which is a 3D illusion), ask yourself if you are perpetuating it by actively taking part in it or are looking outside yourself for answers and/or confirmation that duality still exists or that you experience it based on the fact that that’s what you’re used to; not paying attention to your Inner Knowing. Go below the surface, let go of outer illusions that dictate to you that indeed nothing has changed. I want to tell you, those of us who choose to see life with 5D (and above) glasses, see that in Truth, we have transcended the schism of duality. It’s your choice as to how you see the world. One choice is to see Love everywhere, thereby empowering a world of Wholeness. Another choice is to see duality everywhere and see the world as broken and you empower this. I know many readers are interested in alternative ways of supporting themselves that don't require becoming corporate slaves. I've gone about 20 years without a job now, so let me share some observations and insights to help you succeed on this path.

Adopt Realistic Expectations

I've seen many people try to support themselves without a job, usually by starting a small business. They typically last 6-12 months at best and then go back to full-time employment working for someone else.

On the one hand, we could say those people gave it a good shot, and it didn't work out. But in my view, they weren't really serious about it to begin with. If they were prepared to give up during the first year, they didn't understand the level of commitment necessary for this approach to work. Almost everyone gets lousy results during that first year. What matters is whether you keep going or quit.

Dear Ones,

Perhaps there are family or community members you cannot understand because their actions and thoughts seem so different from yours. As a child, you may have even dreamt of your ‘real’ family rescuing you from this foreign home.

Even though you cannot remember your pre-entrance to earth, many of you lined up for the opportunity to be part of this transition despite the lack of interest of your previous spiritual family members.

You merely remember how uncomfortable you felt for much of your childhood as you tried to interact with the strangers who were your family or community members.

You might also have selected families you interacted with in past lives to complete specific karmic pieces in this lifetime. Even though you do not particularly like interacting with them, there is a bond of sorts with those people with whom you have had previous lives on earth. The human race has arrived at a critical transition into the fourth evolutionary stage in a seven-stage process leading to mastery. This transition is equivalent to puberty, a time when children grow up to enter the beginning stages of adulthood. We can call this the mature stage or adolescent stage, leaving behind the young soul or child stage and looking ahead to the old soul stage of adulthood. During this new stage we must learn to open our hearts, master relationships, and learn to live cooperatively with one another and the planet itself. This is a very tall order but it is a natural process and we are equipped for the job. It will take some time to sort out what we need to leave behind and what we must adopt in order to succeed, approximately sixty years. Puberty is messy and chaotic but it does not last forever thank God. In fact it is relatively quick.

One of the most common things my spirit guides tell folks in personal readings is how wise and powerful they are. Some do not believe it—they take the attitude that the guides must say that to lots of people. Which they do.

Many folks my spirit guides and I talk with want desperately to help their loved ones in pain, whether its physical, mental, or spiritual pain. And they often feel helpless, not knowing the right thing to do.

Here are some thoughts from Spirit:

You can choose to live from the outside in, allowing the whims of the world to beat and buffet you about. Or you can choose to live from the inside out, allowing your natural state of love and joy to create the world you experience. Then you will be a force that can help heal those in pain.

Being in a state of joy, peace, and happiness while you are with someone in pain is the best thing you can do for them. Your words may or may not help them. But your energy of love and joy will radiate out to them, even if you speak no words.

I did an online interview with CNN recently that was all about kindness.

One of the questions they asked me was about the ripple effect of kindness and what that means for us. Since I was very young I’ve had a strong belief that a small group of people with compassion and kindness in their hearts can change the world.

Some of that I picked up just by watching my Mum. She has always been the kindest person I know and I used to see how her kindness would bring a smile to people’s faces, and then I’d notice how it would effect them enough that they would spread their good cheer onto others.

I guess I was always destined to be involved in science in one way or another. 

As a child, I just intuitively held this idea that if more people were kind we could make the world happier. As an adult, one of my driving forces has been to find compelling scientific evidence that shows us just how amazing we all are and how we really can change the world through kindness.

So long tests! I am so thankful the last three months of tests are over! The tests brought to us past issues with our health, relationships, money, etc. to check if our souls learned all that we needed to learn for our soul to move to the next higher level of lessons. If we need some more work in these areas, our soul will bring us more lessons during the rest of the year. If we passed these tests, we won’t have to ever go through these things again.

The Angels were kind to give us the heads up in January so that we could keep this in mind when situations presented themselves. It was easier to go through knowing these were tests so that we wouldn’t engage with previous emotional patterns. It is good to keep in mind that this wasn’t just a testing period for those on a conscious spiritual path; everyone in the world went through these tests.

Signs of spring were beginning to show. As snowy Owl and Shooting Star climbed the path to the Star Temple they could see the Plant People beginning to sprout with splashes of colour here and there where flowers had begun to bloom. It had been a long winter and the sisters felt their spirits lighten as they made their way to the Sacred Circle.

Earlier in the day there had been a spring thunderstorm sending cleansing rain to the Earth Mother. As Grandfather Sun shone through the rain a magnificent rainbow appeared in the east against the dark clouds. The young women knew this was an important sign for the Lunation they were doing ceremony for was the first New Moon of the East Direction on the Medicine Wheel. The East was the place of awakening, spiritual illumination, clear vision and new beginnings. They felt excitement stir within in anticipation of Sister Moon’s message.

As they settled in the center of the Circle darkness had fallen and all was quiet. Sister Moon spoke. “You are right about the significance of the rainbow. All the colours that are illuminated in that sacred arc are found within everything Great Mystery has created. This is particularly important for the two leggeds for if they express the positive qualities of each colour they will find their spiritual selves.”

Freedom is something we all say we want, but it is an interesting quirk of human nature that receiving freedom can feel more challenging than literally being in prison. According to statistics in the U.S, UK and Australia two out of every three prisoners re-offend and return to prison within 3 years of release. Although the reasons for this are multi-layered, a major issue is the struggle to find jobs and have a stable home and family life. Whether consciously or subconsciously, prisoners are drawn back to an environment in which they at least have structure, routine, a roof over their heads, three meals a day and a close-knit community. This is not due to laziness or ‘once bad always bad’.It is due, in part, to the fact that freedom and expansion requires support and time to develop a completely new set of living skills.

As most of you probably know, whether you live in the United States or not, gay marriage is currently a hotly divisive topic among Americans. Underlying that, of course, is the whole issue of homosexuality. For most of the United States’ history homosexuality was illegal.

Today we’re seeing more and more gay folks, including politicians and other public and private figures, “coming out of the closet” and admitting their sexual preferences.

In my personal opinion, this is a good thing. I have gay friends and family, and I love them as much as my “straight” family and friends.

Does your sexual preference really matter? Not to me it doesn’t.

My dear friends, we love you so very much. 

By all means set your intentions for life, but then release yourself from the bondage of expectations. Acknowledge your hearts desires, then in the same breath let go of how you expect they will come about. Let go of how you expect yourself to be. Let go of who you expect others to be. Embrace who you are in each moment and who others are in each moment. Embrace life in each moment.

As you learn to release your expectations you free your spirit. You stop wasting precious time and energy complaining, looking for a validation of how things should be, or comparing life to your expectations. Instead you learn to dance with life. You learn to embrace each moment as it is, and then in the very next breath decide if it is or isn't consistent with your desired intentions. Because you are present you are able to simply say, "What do I do next? What do I say next. How can I love myself, the others, and life in this moment?"

This Easter Sunday was much different from those of the past few years for me. There was a new brightness in the air that fueled the feeling of anticipation and excitement I have had for the past week. I was sitting in church this morning, listening to the sermon and thinking about Easter’s symbolism and then a new realization hit me, this is the “Second Coming” we have been waiting for. And in April we find an opening door, support from every angle, and a Universe poised to see what we are going to do next.

The second coming of Christ, which has been anticipated for centuries as when we would be released from our human bondage on earth, was always thought to be a time when Jesus would come down from heaven, in physical form, and take us back with him (or some version of that). I think that many of us had a secret hope that it would be a combination of Ghostbusters and Terminator, the final battle between the good guys and the bad guys, with us standing on the sidelines, cheering on our rescuer.

This effort is to be a successful one since the dark does not realize how we can continue to prevent them from achieving their most heinous goal. We comprehend the nature of what the dark is doing and understand the best ways to prevent this from occurring. Besides these serious efforts, we are as well setting up the scenario for how your global governance morphs into the one that we have been describing to you. This is something that now requires your attention.

Dear Ones,

Many of you have begged for the new DNA strands prophesied by so many channels. You are of the advance Lightworker branch and wish to complete your transition as quickly as possible – and so you are.

Your new DNA strands are now unfurling slowly, but surely. Of course, you expected such. The surprise is the effect your additional DNA strands will produce. Even though we have used the analogy of new computer software, that analogy is not really an accurate description of what will happen once your DNA is actively participating with your spiritual/physical being.

The first stage of that union is a request from you that your physical and spiritual beings blend into one (see Jonette Crowley’s website:

Does that mean you will turn blue or other physical manifestations that prove to you and others that your new DNA strands are fully activated? No. You will probably note little change within your physical being –  other than your interests and discoveries will expand dramatically. You will just know things and find new materials exhilarating. Your expanded DNA strands will broaden your view of life and reality.

The emergence of light is stronger than ever, and in this month’s energy forecast I mention how the Earth herself is activating now, pulsing energy waves upwards which we are feeling strongly in our bodies, emotions and actions. These waves are activating our personal internal Earths - root/base chakra and hearts. These chakras are pulsing, cleansing out all that is unwanted or old, and drawing in higher energies for you all of the time.

So the release side of this experience will be broad, but will have a focus for many on; 

anger, unresolved relationship energies, feeling unaligned with your life as a human being, a sense that change needs to happen internally and/or externally. 

Then post-release, the activation and intake side will be heartfelt creation/action, feeling truly alive in your heart and senses, and an experience of softness, connection and peace that you had not known before.

So April is an opportunity to be patient with yourself (and the symptoms you may be experiencing) as it all moves through you, for April will power a lot of movement.

Dear Readers, as many places in our world have celebrated Easter, remembering the resurrection of Jesus, it is disheartening to see it turn into a gift-giving of chocolate eggs, baskets, stuffed animals, etc. to children that have nothing to do with that momentous occasion in history. Christmas all over again. For those who do not celebrate the occasion, would it be so difficult to just give a sense of respect to those who do? Sigh. Regardless, I send my best wishes for a meaningful celebration this special day.

Arizona has been blessed with beautiful weather the past week and supposed to be that way for another week. However, we remember the Easter snow storms of the past.

Especially since the Spring Equinox, we have been releasing a lot of our old beliefs, old wounds (including those from other lifetimes) and anchoring more and more of our Soul; our Divinity. By now you should feel very much in the New, with more insights and awareness about what you are creating. In the last few weeks, we have been downloading high vibrational codes that have greatly affected our physical bodies. This translates to possibly more headaches (especially in the 3rd Eye and Pineal Chakras), sleeplessness and other “anomalies” that may feel like irritation, yet is so essential for our continuing transformation.

We are greatly encouraged to be firmly grounded between Source and Gaia. This helps integrate the high dimensional energies and helps us help Gaia evolve as well. Being in the body is essential and is a shift for many who want to go Home. Hey, remember you signed up for this as a cosmic volunteer and much happens through you. If you are not entirely in your body, then you aren’t able to fully transform. Remember that our Ascension job is to bring Heaven to Earth; not Earth to Heaven.

My dear friends, we love you so very much. 

While many of you celebrate the season of spring, the season of Passover, and the season of Easter, we celebrate each and every resurrection of love within you! We celebrate each and every bit of light that blossoms in your heart. We celebrate the magnificent acts of love that you think are so tiny and so insignificant each and every day. There is no such thing as a "small" act of love, dear ones. In our eyes each act of love is a glorious ray of sunshine penetrating even the darkest recesses of the human heart! In our eyes, every act of kindness is cause for celebration in the heavens! In our eyes, every time you choose to acknowledge the good within yourselves, we see and celebrate the unfolding expansion of your hearts.

Now is the perfect time to look at your life and say to yourselves,"What must die within me to give birth to the life I want to live?" Do you need to give up thoughts of lack in order to resurrect abundance? Do you want to give up statements of self-deprecation in order to resurrect love? Do you need to release the clutter in your house to bring new order and life to your life? Celebrate! 

It is the season of letting go in order to grow! 

The snows must recede to give birth to the flowers. The dead branches in your yards must be trimmed to resurrect your plants. Decorations from the holidays have been tidied up and put away to make room for new celebrations. Why not take advantage of the energies that always come to you at this time of year and ride the waves of release, relief, and renewal?

What habits, which thoughts, what stuff, what situations, patterns, policies, etc. must you release in order to bring new life to your life. Ask yourself this, "If I were already living the life I want, what would no longer be a part of that life." Be honest with yourselves. And then prepare to die unto your "small" selves in even the smallest of ways in order to birth new life, new love, new opportunities, and new joys!

Message from Ann

Hi All!

Sometimes as I channel the angel message for the week I feel distinct energies. As I channeled this one I felt like flowers wanted to push forth from my depths out into the light! It was indeed an energy of blossoming. It was beautiful.

This morning when I woke up, the angels asked me the same question they asked above. What will you allow to die today, Ann? The first thing that popped into my mind was, "Worrying about how I'm going to pack in everything I want to do today." So I let that minor worry die and proceeded to ignore my schedule, my to-do-list, my emails, etc. and to follow my heart. I cooked dinners for the remainder of the week while still half awake in my pajamas. It went so quickly! I got my doggie ready for the day a bit later than usual. She loved sleeping in! I forgot that I wanted to participate in a teleconference and went to the gym to work out instead. It felt great! 

The plumber came to fix a leaky faucet and told me I needed new parts for the leaky shower. Scratch the plans again! I was soon guided to a hardware store other than my usual one where the part I needed was in stock. Within fifteen minutes I had the wrench out and the plumber's tape and was fixing the remaining problem. Still I didn't feel like doing my newsletter, so instead I ate a great dinner on the patio, inhaling the intoxicating scent of fresh orange blossoms and enjoying the coolness of the night air. My dog was smiling. My belly was full. My senses were thrilled. And suddenly, the angels started talking and the newsletter was written with ease. There were more errands and tasks scattered throughout the day, and as I look back everything and more that I needed got done, all with grace and ease. Its only 8pm as I write this. I may still have time to enjoy a girly pleasure and paint my toes :) I am glad I let the worry and need for control "die" today. It made welcome room for God's love to flow gracefully through my life.

There are always thoughts, habits, repetitive patterns, etc., that can "die" in our lives to make room for better. There are things we must fix or get rid of. There are situations that once served us which no longer do. There are areas of resistance that we must give up in order to do what we truly love. There are complaints that must be released in order to create what we really want. Death of these no-longer useful patterns can be a good thing. It truly does make room for a new, more loving, and glorious life! Think about it. What will you allow to die today within you, so that you can resurrect more light in your own life?
