Dearest child, it is perfectly acceptable to be unsettled by the recent changes and goings-on in your world.  It may even trigger very old feelings you may have forgotten. 

Rather thanignoring them or telling yourself it is no big deal, allow any feelings you may be having to come to the surface to be cleared.  Sometimes, the only was past is to move through them.  Treat yourself gently during your clearing times and know you are supported by The Universe…always! ~ Creator
