Shifting can sometimes bring out the ‘not so good’ in humans. (Smiling) Unusual feelings within the body and emotions, finding stable footing and general uneasiness about what is next may be enough to make the calmest person temporarily unreasonable.  Before you react, take a moment to look inside and see what you are feeling.
