March Theme: Manifesting our dreams and goals requires focus and clarity. By working on self-love we find the inner peace needed to navigate our path like a pro.

Visualize green fields and blue skies. Take a breath. Feel the earth beneath your feet and the sun upon your face. Take a breath. Ground deep into the earth. Just breathe….

Today’s Message:

37: Take some time today to engage in your favorite form of meditation.

Remember that there is no need to sit still. Go for a walk or simply gather impressions from what’s going on around you. Make note of details, feelings, thoughts and ideas that come to you, don’t force things to come to you just let them flow naturally. You can even ask questions or gain peaceful reassurance from your favorite Spirit Helpers.

Meditation is also a form of self care, which is important to our overall well-being. It helps us to clear our minds and our energy. It also helps us to regain our balance and allows us to ground and center. The Universe is reminding us today to embrace awareness of our world and ourselves and enjoy the budding of new growth!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

• The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

• The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Amber which bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience and aids in decision making. Use Amber to enhance your earth connection and to promote grounding. It is also a great healing stone (it’s actually tree resin) that helps to remove energetic impurities from the body.

• Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our heart and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

• Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.
