217:  Do you remember the old TV commercial that said “A mind is a terrible thing to waste?”

Well there’s a lot of truth in that statement on many levels. By using this amazingly powerful gift we are capable of doing and manifesting great things. The key is to focus on:

• Things that bring you joy
• Things we want to improve in our lives and for ourselves and our loved ones.
• Staying true to ourselves and believing that we are worthy.

Today the angels are letting you know that your positive thoughts and intentions have been heard and that you are headed in the right direction. You have so many good reasons to be optimistic about your future. As you grab your courage and embrace your power this helps the angels to help you in more ways than you can imagine. Good things are headed your way so stay focused on what you want to achieve. It’s a win-win situation!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. Jeremiel can help ease these transitions and reminds us that concern about change is normal. Ask him to help you see your path clearly and to assist you in taking the necessary steps to embrace your future.

• The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and  consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

• The Hindu Goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit so that new information and blessings can be sent to you. “

• Black Banded Agate which helps us start new things, embrace new beginnings and projects. It promotes the creativity needed to make things happen.

• Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings the rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted. It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

• Howlite helps us to formulate our plans to and achieve our ambitions and goals. It helps us to communicate these things in a calm and reasonable manner and tempers this with patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.
