Cat’s Angel Message for June 22, 2023

June’s Theme: Learning to create and maintain balance in all areas of our lives. (material, spiritual, goals, dreams, self etc.) Create and invite good things through focus and faith while staying grounded and present.

Distractions are everywhere. Don’t let yourself become sidetracked and wander away from your goals. ~Cat

Today’s Message:

622: Our ability to create and our forward progress revolves around both focus and faith.

Today the Universe is asking us to stay focused in the now and avoid unnecessary distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and can be lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention and remembering to just breathe today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Jeremiel helps us to make positive life choices. He understands that it’s hard for us to let go of people and situations even though they are holding us back or causing us unintended stress, drama or harm. Jeremiel can help ease these transitions and reminds us that concern about change is normal. Ask him to help you see your path clearly and to assist you in taking the necessary steps to embrace your future.

• The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control  so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that  keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.

• The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Today’s Sacred Stones for the Summer Solstice include:

• Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

• Amber to help us to attain our goals with a clear focus and bestows a positive mental state and helps us find balance, patience, and aids in decision making.

• Dalmation Stone. This light-hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline, and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and itt transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.
