April Theme:  We are being challenged to make changes, both large and small . You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.

Today’s Message:

414:  Our mental health day from yesterday carries over into today. The Universe is asking us to release our worries and fears to make room inside for inner peace. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all, things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body, and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe, you know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Chamuel helps us in regard to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. If you feel like you have wandered off your path or have lost faith and are having trouble finding your way back, he can help you get your bearings.

• The Ascended Master Vywamus teaches us that change can be a healing opportunity. This happens as we allow ourselves to let go of things that have held us back. Along the way, we unearth talents that we had set aside, which will help us to move forward.

• The Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self-care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Galena which helps us to stay grounded and centered. It helps to open the mind as it dissolves self-limiting thoughts from our past.

• Lava Stone which is a powerful symbol of our own energy. It is a stone of rebirth and helps us to burn away unneeded layers so we can initiate new growth.

• Satin Spar Selenite makes it a great meditation stone. It opens the crown chakra to help us receive universal guidance as it calms the emotions and promotes inner peace.
