May’s Theme: This month will bring changes to your life. While change sometimes feels scary, it is a necessary thing for our overall growth. Be willing to embrace it and allow it to happen naturally and get ready for better things!

Today’s Message:

53: Change is a constant part of life whether we like it or not, and too often we find ourselves fighting against it. However, when we embrace it and allow it to unfold instead of struggling with it we find the transition goes more smoothly. Today the Ascended Masters are stepping in to help us clear the way for the changes that we are experiencing. Ask them to assist you in letting go of any old and rigid thinking that could be holding you back as it will ease our fears and our stress levels. Choose your battles wisely and remember that change will happen one way or the other. The key lies in HOW we deal with it. Work with what you can but don’t struggle with what you can’t.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own. Michael’s energy is easily felt particularly during times of stress and confusion and helps us when we feel lost or overwhelmed. He sets us on the path of commitment to our purpose by showing us how to work through obstacles that pop up as he teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self-confidence.

• The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant.

• The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us: ” I am the guardian of the crossroads. Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

• Cerussite promotes grounding and teaches us how to understand the changes we are experiencing.

• Dalmation Stone. This lighthearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline. It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and itt transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

• Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self-worth.
